On Diazadiphosphetidines, VI. Synthesis of Diazaphosphetidines, Diazadiphosphetidines, and ThiadiazaphosphetidinesA method of synthesis for the title compounds is reported. The syntheses of 2-(diethylamino)-1,3-dimethyl-1,3,2-diazaphosphetidin-4-one (1), 4-(diethylamino)-1,2,3-triphenyl-1,3,2,4-diazadiphosphetidine 2-oxide (3), and 3-(diethylamino)-2,4-diphenyl-1,2,4,3-thiadiazaphosphetidine 1,1-dioxide (4) are described. The compounds are characterized by their spectra and by some of their reactions.

Eine Synthesemethode für die Titelverbindungen wird mitgeteilt. Die Synthesen von 2-(Diethyl-amino)-1,3-dimethyl-1,3,2-diazaphosphetidin-4-on (1), 4-(Diethylamino)-1,2,3-triphenyl-1,3,2,4-diazadiphosphetidin-2-oxid (3) und 3-(Diethylamino)-2,4-diphenyl-1,2,4,3-thiadiazaphosphetidin-1,1-dioxid (4) werden beschrieben. Die Verbindungen werden spektroskopisch sowie durch einige ihrer Reaktionen charakterisiert.
