Description / Table of Contents:
Summary This paper considers a problem of dynamic financial planning under the assumption that the conditional probabilities of future events are not known exactly. It is shown that under suitable assumptions this problem leads to a non linear max-min model which can be transformed equivalently to a linear program. In addition, the existence of endogeneous discount rates as well as their interest and probability structure are analyzed. Finally, the possibilities to preselect individual projects are discussed.
Notes:
