Summary Some of the extract and intracellular enzyme activities in K2nB strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae that growing in the condition which induce spontaneous cell rupture, were measured. B-1-3-glucanase, invertase, acid phosphatase and active chitin synthetase zymogen showed a reduced activity in ruptured cell while alkaline phosphatase shows no differences in its activity.
