    Description / Table of Contents: В книге рассматриваются физико-географические основы развития аласов Центральной Якутии. Изучение особенностей эволюции аласов проводится в тесной взаимосвязи с современными изменениями элементов климата и мерзлотно-rеолоrическоrо строения региона на основе обобщения обширного материала по стратификации донных отложений и применения пространственно-временного анализа. Выявлен ритмический характер развития аласов. Установлено, что в обводнении аласных котловин прослеживаются вековые и внутривековые колебания. книга представляет интерес для мерзлотоведов, лимнологов, географов, изыскателей, работников сельского хозяйства и экологов.
    Description / Table of Contents: Translation of the abstract: The book discusses the physical and geographical foundations for the development of the Alasses of Central Yakutia. The study of the features of the evolution of alas is carried out in close connection with modern changes in the elements of climate and the permafrost-rheological structure of the region based on the generalization of extensive material on the stratification of bottom sediments and the use of spatio-temporal analysis. The rhythmic nature of the development of the alas was revealed. It has been established that secular and intrasecular fluctuations can be traced in the flooding of alas basins. The book is of interest to permafrost scientists, limnologists, geographers, surveyors, agricultural workers and ecologists.

Weak form factors, decay rates and differential distributions of semileptonic decaysΛ b 0 →Λ c + and∑ b + →∑ c ++ are calculated. The heavy quark limitm Q →∞ (Isgur-Wise symmetry) is also examined.

    Notes: Abstract Photoinduced anisotropy in films of azo-dye Mordant Pure Yellow (MPY) dissolved in a polyvinyl alcohol matrix, is investigated. The photodichroism and photoinduced birefringence are measured in real time for two wavelengths, 488 nm (in the absorption band) and 633 nm (outside it), on excitation with an Ar+ laser beam. It is shown that strong dichroism is induced without changing the average optical density of the film, and the kinetic curves of the birefringence and the dichroism are substantially different. The conclusion is made that the photoprocesses of the dye molecules cause a reconstruction of the matrix.

    Notes: Abstract K L(S) 0 →π0ℓ+ℓ−. The rare decaysK L(S) 0 →π0ℓ+ℓ−(ℓ=e or μ) are investigated in the Quark Confinement Model (QCM), a relativistic quark model, based on some assumptions about hadronization and quark confinement. Using the effective electroweak Lagrangian (with QCD corrections), proposed by Gilman and Wise, the matrix elements of kaon transitions to a pion and lepton pair are calculated. The obtained results for the decay widths are in agreement with the experimental data for upper limits on branching ratios and the theoretical predictions calculated by effective chiral Lagrangian method.

    Notes: Abstract Baryons as relativistic three-quark states are investigated in the quark confinement model (QCM), a relativistic quark model based on some assumptions about hadronization and quark confinement. In the framework of the quark-diquark approximation of the three-quark structure of baryons, the main characteristics of light (noncharmed) baryons are calculated. The obtained results agree with experimental data. Predictions are also given for semileptonic decay of charmed baryons and differential production cross-sections in quasielastic neutrino scattering of charmed baryons.

    Notes: Abstract Coronae and major shield structures are two populations of comparable size endogenous venusian features whose origin was proposed to be genetically related as a response on the progressive (the shields) and regressive (coronae) stages of the supposed hot spot activity. A comparison of these features by their areas, basal altitudes and character of areal distribution shows their distinctive differences. It implies that either the major shields and coronae are not genetically related or the hypothesis of their relationship must involve some fundamental changes in the tectonic-volcanic environments in the appropriate period of the geological history of Venus.

    Notes: Abstract We construct the asymptotic form of the solution in the long-wavelength limit for the problem of scattering of plane waves in an elastic medium by a cavity or rigid nonmoving inclusion. The parameters determining the scattered wave at large distances in the first approximation are expressed in terms of the integrated characteristics of the scatterer, such as its volume, the tensor analog of the capacity, the Wiener capacity in the two-dimensional case, and the dipole elastic tensor. Some of these characteristics are new.

    Notes: Abstract The long-wavelength problem of scattering by a rigid inclusion in an elastic medium is studied. Taking into account the mobility of the inclusion leads to non-classical boundary conditions. At infinity the solution is sought in the form of a multipole ansatz. Near the scatterer a series of static problems is obtained. In the course of the solution the integral characteristic of the rigid mobile inclusion, whose scalar analog is the tensor eij studied by Polya and Szegö, arises in a natural manner.
