Notes:
A Fourier transform (FT) apparatus specially dedicated to photoluminescence measurements in the near infrared has been assembled. The details of the experimental setup and a comparison with a conventional dispersive apparatus are discussed. Advantages of the FT approach for photoluminescence measurements as well as warnings about limitations and artifacts are illustrated. © 1996 American Institute of Physics.
