    Description / Table of Contents: Zusammenfassung Die zytochemische Natur der Anreicherungsorte basischer Vitalfarbstoffe (Akridinorange, Nilblausulfat und Neutralrot) im Zytoplasma von Blutplättchen, Leukozyten, Mäuseaszites-Tumorzellen und Epithelzellen wurde untersucht. Dabei stellte sich heraus, daß bei allen untersuchten Zelltypen Phospholipoide oder Phospholipoproteide als Substrat der umschriebenen Farbstoffbindung in lysosomalen Zellstrukturen dienen. Die Supravitalfärbung mit basischen Farbstoffen ist demnach als zytochemischer Lipoidnachweis geeignet, wenn unter bestimmten Bedingungen und unter Einhaltung eines definierten Färbestadiums (Stadium der granulären oder vakuolären Farbstoffverteilung) beobachtet wird. Auf die methodischen Vorteile der Supravitalfärbung wird hingewiesen.
    Notes: Summary The cytochemical character of the substrat for basic vital dyes (acridine orange, nil blue sulfate, neutral red) has been studied in the cytoplasma of blood platelets, leucocytes, Ehrlich Ascites tumor cells and epithelial cells. It could be demonstrated that the vital dyes are bound to lysosomal phospholipids or phospholipoproteins in the different cell types. Supravital staining with basic dyes is therefore considered to be a useful method for identifying lipid material in cytology, provided defined conditions and stades of staining are observed. The advantages of the proposed method are discussed.

    Notes: The preparation of organic substances with the aid of the enzyme systems of micoorganisms has become competitive as a result of recent progress in the technology of fermentation.     Description / Table of Contents: Mass spectra of positive and negative molecule ions from organo-triptych-siloxazolidines (silatranes) support the assumption that in the silatranes a coordinative covalent bond exists between nitrogen and silicon, the latter being thus pentacovalent. From such alkyl and aryl compounds silver alkyls and aryls, respectively, may be prepared which, however, quickly decompose under formation of elemental silver. The alkoxy compounds, on the other hand, yield with AgNO3 silver oxide as a primary product. Starting from silatranes, however, it is possible to obtain stable organo-Hg, -Sb, -Bi, and -Pb compounds.
    Notes: Molekelmassenspektren positiver sowie negativer Ionen stützen die Annahme, daß bei Organotriptych-siloxazolidinen (Silatranen) zwischen dem Stickstoff und dem dadurch pentacovalenten Silicium eine koordinativ-covalente Bindung besteht. Mit den Alkyl- und Arylverbindungen können Silber-Alkyle und-Aryle dargestellt werden, die aber rasch unter Abscheidung von elementarem Silber zerfallen. Die Alkoxyverbindungen ergeben mit Silbernitrat dagegen zunächst Silberoxid. Mit Hilfe der Organo-triptychsiloxazolidine lassen sich aber beständige Organoquecksilber-, -antimon-, -wismut-und -bleiverbindungen darstellen.

    Description / Table of Contents: The preparation of alkali metal and NH4 organopentafluorosilicates, Me2[RSiF5], from aqueous solutions has been achieved by direct interaction between organotrifluorosilanes and inorganic fluorides and by precipitation from solutions of easily soluble organopentafluorosilicates by means of cations forming slightly soluble complex salts. Some metal fluorides were used as both fluorinating and complexing reactants, allowing thus one-step preparations.
    Notes: Organopentafluorosilicate können in wäßriger Lösung entweder unmittelbar durch Umsetzen der Organotrifluorosilane mit Fluoriden oder durch Ausfällen aus Lösungen leicht löslicher Organopentafluorosilicate mit schwerlösliche Komplexsalze bildenden Kationen dargestellt werden. Da die komplexbildenden Metallfluoride z. T. selbst Fluorierungsmittel sind, können die Fluorierung trifunktioneller Organosilane und die Komplexbildung in einer Stufe erfolgen.

    Description / Table of Contents: The IR spectra of several methyllead sulfinates, sulfonates and sulfates and of lead methanesulfonate and lead methanesulfinate have been investigated. Assignments are given. The spectra supply evidence for the ionic constitution of the methyllead compounds.
    Notes: Die IR-Spektren von verschiedenen Methylbleisulfinaten, -sulfonaten und -sulfaten sowie von Bleimethansulfonat und Bleimethansulfinat wurden aufgenommen und die wichtigsten Banden zugeordnet.     Description / Table of Contents: By means of chemical transport reactions (with HCl, Cl2 or CCl4 at 650-1110°C) and by crystal growth from molten solutions (WO3—Na3AlF6, —NaPO3, —Li2MoO4), WO3 single crystals have been prepared and characterized by suitable methods. With the transport method, well-ordered single crystals of good morphological qualities were obtained.
    Notes: Unter Verwendung chemischer Transportreaktionen und der Schmelzlösungskristallisation gelang die Züchtung von WO3-Einkristallen. Als Transportgase dienten HCl, Cl2 und CCl4 (geschlossenes System), und das untersuchte Temperaturgebiet lag zwischen 650 und 1100°C. Zur Schmelzlösungszüchtung dienten die binären Systeme WO3—Na3AlF6, —NaPO3 und —Li2MoO4. Die erhaltenen Kristalle werden röntgenographisch, morphologisch und mikroskopisch untersucht sowie ihr Idealitätsgrad abgeschätzt. Insbesondere durch Anwendung chemischer Transportreaktion werden WO3-Einkristalle erhalten, die infolge ihrer morphologischen Ausbildung und des geringen Störungsgrades zu wissenschaftlichen Grundlagenforschungen herangezogen werden können.
