Conclusions 1. Constructional steels of a new type, quasilamellar and reinforced quasimonolithic, are characterized by organized lamination and in dynamic loading separate, thereby preventing development of extended cracks. 2. The character of fracture of quasilamellar and reinforced quasimonolithic metal is an indication of its superiority over monolithic metal, especially in structures subject to impact loading under the action of low temperatures.
