Description:
Article Super-resolution imaging of microtubules requires labels that increase their apparent diameter, making it difficult to resolve individual microtubules within a bundle. Here, the authors develop single-chain antibody fragments against tubulin that enable closely spaced individual microtubules to be distinguished in cells.
