Conclusions 1. The influence of the parameters of thermal treatment on the mechanical and dielectric properties of high-voltage insulation and the level of stresses in the construction of stator winding bars has been analyzed. 2. The efficiency of a two-stage thermal treatment regime for the control of the level of residual stresses, generated in the manufacture of the stator winding bars with Monoterm insulation, has been demonstrated. 3. The developed procedures for the determination of the characteristics of the insulation can be applied to select the optimum thermal treatment regimes for the designed insulating systems.
