Conclusions We have shown that thee + e − pairs produced ine + e − collisions, which are supposed to be produced by a parton mechanism, can be effectively registered above the background ofe + e − pairs produced via bremsstrahlung of primary particles. This background can be substantially suppressed by using experimental cuts of momenta of lepton pairs (or single leptons) and of axial angle of registered particles with respect to the interaction axis. The best means for observing the dilepton productione + e − collisions is the detection ofe + e − pairs at energies below charm threshold. The experimental registration of partonic dimuons is less convenient owing to smaller production rate. Suitable experimental tools seem to be high luminosity rings (DCI, ALA). Naturally, the correctness of this result depends on the relevance of the used model of soft annihilation. The successful experimental observation of such dielectrons will serve as a great support to the idea of common origin of low mass dileptons in hadron-hadron, lepton-hadron ande + e − collisions.
