Samenvatting Puntsgewijs worden enige facetten van de protocollering behorende bij de bereiding van parenteralia in de ziekenhuisapotheek besproken. Richtlijnen voor Good Manufacturing Practice (gmp), zoals ook in de achtste uitgave van deNederlandse Farmacopee vermeld, eisen nauwgezette protocollering van het produktieproces. Achtereenvolgens komt de protocollering van de belangrijkste onderdelen van de produktie aan de orde: weging van grondstoffen, het bereidingsformulier, bepaling van het borrelpunt van membraanfilters, de procescontrole van het autoclaveringsproces, periodieke controle van de autoclaaf, microbiologische controles, de quarantaine en instructies voor het personeel.

Abstract The compilation of production records for the manufacturing of parenterals in hospital pharmacy is briefly discussed. Rules for Good Manufacturing Practice (gmp) require the compilation of detailed production records. The following aspects are discussed in detail: weighing of raw material, production record, bubblepoint test, control of the sterilisation process, monthly testprocedures for autoclaves, tests for microbiological contamination, quarantine, instruction for the personnel.
