Description:
The combinative model of the fluctuations of the Earth Pole taking into account the stochastic components of the Pole tide is developed. The effects of the fluctuation-dissipative perturbations on the frequency that is near to the Chandler one are investigated on the basis of analytical approach. We note that allowance for the small fluctuation-dissipation perturbations due to the pole tide leads to variations in the Chandler component of the oscillations.
