Quantitative holographic testing of fibre reinforced plastic components of spacecrafts.The quantitative evaluation of holographic interferograms lead to an exact determination of displacements and deformations of arbitrary shaped objects. The measurements can be carried out in the range of about 0 to 100 μm with an accuracy of ± 0,05 μm. The application of this method is reported for the case of spacecraft components under thermal and mechanical load.

Die quantitative Auswertung holographischer Interferogramme erlaubt eine exakte Bestimmung von Verschiebungen und Verformungen an beliebig geformten Objekten. Die Messungen im Bereich von ca. 0 bis 100 μm können dabei mit einer Genauigkeit von ± 0,05 μm durchgeführt werden. Es wird über die Anwendung dieses Verfahrens auf einige Bauteile aus der Raumfahrttechnik berichtet, die einer thermischen bzw. mechanischen Last ausgesetzt wurden.
