Notes:
Summary 1. The authors establish the conditions of formation of metal polymers based on ÉD-5 epoxy-diane resin and colloidal lead. 2. They have established by infrared spectroscopy that epoxy resin reacts via its polar groups with the surface of the colloidal Pb particles as they form on the cathode, thereby forming chemically bound adsorption compounds on the surface of these particles. 3. It is found that hardening of the resin is greatly promoted by the presence of colloidal lead.
