Syntheses and Chemical Properties of 1-Oxo-1H-pyrrolizinesThe synthesis of 1-oxo-1H-pyrrolizine (2), of its 2-carboxylic acid (10), and of some derivatives of the carboxylic acid (e. g. 4, 6) as well as their reactions are described. Especially in the case of 4a high activity of addition of some nucleophiles and cyclopentadiene at the C-2/C-3 double bond is observed.

Die Synthese von 1-Oxo-1H-pyrrolizin (2), seiner 2-Carbonsäure (10) und einiger Carbonsäurederivate (z. B. 4, 6) sowie deren Reaktionen werden beschrieben. Man beobachtet insbesondere bei 4 hohe Additionsfreudigkeit der C-2/C-3-Doppelbindung gegenüber Nucleophilen und Cyclopentadien.
