Summary Capillary cells are often needed for the determination of very slight amounts spectrophotometrically. The difficulty of bubble-free filling is one of the reasons for not using this method more generally. A method is described of filling capillary cells with narrow openings rapidly and without bubbles.
Abstract:
Résumé Il est souvent nécessaire de disposer de cuvettes capillaires pour la détermination de très faibles quantités de produits par spectrophotométrie. A leur emploi général s'oppose, entre autres, la difficulté de réaliser des remplissages sans bulle. L'auteur décrit une méthode permettant d'effectuer rapidement et sans laisser de bulles ce remplissage de cuvettes capillaires de très faibles dimensions intérieures.

Zusammenfassung Zur Bestimmung sehr geringer Substanzmengen sind für die Spektralphotometrie oft Kapillarküvetten erforderlich. Ihrer allgemeineren Verwendung steht unter anderem die Schwierigkeit der blasenfreien Füllung entgegen. Es wird eine Methode beschrieben, englumige Kapillarküvetten rasch und blasenfrei zu füllen.
