Description: Symmetry, Vol. 10, Pages 189: Hesitant Fuzzy Linguistic Aggregation Operators Based on the Hamacher t-norm and t-conorm Symmetry doi: 10.3390/sym10060189 Authors: Jianghong Zhu Yanlai Li Hesitant fuzzy linguistic (HFL) term set, as a very flexible tool to represent the judgments of decision makers, has attracted the attention of many researchers. In recent years, some HFL aggregation operators have been developed to aggregate the HFL information. However, most of these operators are proposed based on the Algebraic product and Algebraic sum. In this paper, we presented some HFL aggregation operators to handle HFL information based on Hamacher triangle norms. We first define new operational laws on the HFL element according to Hamacher triangle norms. Then we present a family of HFL Hamacher aggregation operators, including the HFL Hamacher weighted averaging, HFL Hamacher weighted geometric, HFL Hamacher power weighted averaging and HFL Hamacher power weighted geometric operators and their generalized forms. We also investigate some special cases and properties of these operators in detail. Furthermore, we develop two approaches based on the proposed operators to deal with the multi-criteria decision-making problem with HFL information. Finally, a numerical example with regard to choosing a suitable city to release sharing car is provided to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed method, and the advantages of the proposed methods are shown by conducting a sensitivity and comparative analysis.

Description: Sustainability, Vol. 10, Pages 2744: Green Supplier Selection Based on Consensus Process and Integrating Prioritized Operator and Choquet Integral Sustainability doi: 10.3390/su10082744 Authors: Jianghong Zhu Yanlai Li Green supplier selection, as a core part of green supply chain management, has attracted the attention of various researchers in the past decade. Plenty of green supplier selection methods based on multi-criteria group decision-making have been presented in previous literature. However, these approaches ignore the consensus level between the experts, and they rarely consider the priority level among the experts and the interdependent relationship between criteria. To handle these issues, an integrated framework of green supplier selection under the hesitant fuzzy linguistic (HFL) environment was established. In this framework, the preference information expressed by HFL was transformed into the hesitant 2-tuple linguistic (H2TL). Then, the consensus process was introduced into the green supplier selection process to increase the consensus level between experts. The H2TL prioritized operator and Choquet integral operator were respectively applied to construct the group decision matrix and derive the ranking order of green suppliers. Finally, we used a numerical example to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the presented framework and implemented a comparative analysis to highlight the features of the presented method.

Description: Information, Vol. 9, Pages 142: Pythagorean Fuzzy Muirhead Mean Operators and Their Application in Multiple-Criteria Group Decision-Making Information doi: 10.3390/info9060142 Authors: Jianghong Zhu Yanlai Li As a generalization of the intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS), a Pythagorean fuzzy set has more flexibility than IFS in expressing uncertainty and fuzziness in the process of multiple criteria group decision-making (MCGDM). Meanwhile, the prominent advantage of the Muirhead mean (MM) operator is that it can reflect the relationships among the various input arguments through changing a parameter vector. Motivated by these primary characters, in this study, we introduced the MM operator into the Pythagorean fuzzy context to expand its applied fields. To do so, we presented the Pythagorean fuzzy MM (PFMM) operators and Pythagorean fuzzy dual MM (PFDMM) operator to fuse the Pythagorean fuzzy information. Then, we investigated their some properties and gave some special cases related to the parameter vector. In addition, based on the developed operators, two MCGDM methods under the Pythagorean fuzzy environment are proposed. An example is given to verify the validity and feasibility of our proposed methods, and a comparative analysis is provided to show their advantages.
