Notes: Summary 1. The female genital organs show no truly remarkable features and their configuration falls naturally within my Type 5. 2. The genital atria, including the “birnförmigen Lappen”, are typical of the genus. 3. The genital pore opens to the exterior somewhat posterior to the anterior half of the body, while in my previously described species it opened somewhat anterior to the posterior half of the body. 4. The male copulatory organ is remarkable for its relatively extremely large size, being even larger than the male organ of kepneri. 5. The male copulatory organ is still more remarkable in not only possessing a typical ductus ejaculatorius but also a pseudo-ductus ejaculatorius, a structure which appears to be unique, not only for the genus, but for rhabdocoeles in general. 6. Insomuch as the male copulatory organ possesses a distinctly muscular diaphragm which separates the sperm and granular secretions from the distal portion of the organ, the structure of the organ places it in my Type 2, together with that of megalops and kepneri. 7. However, in the process of evagination of the ductus ejaculatorius, the behavior and certain features of the structure of the male organ, is suggestive of a possible derivation of male organs of Type 3, from an organ not greatly dissimilar to that of lutheri. 8. The thorns of the ductus and pseudo-ductus ejaculatorius are very much larger than those possessed by any hitherto described American species, and each thorn appears to be the product of an individual cell. In this paper and in my monograph (1935), I have, in many instances, been compelled to compare certain structures possessed by my forms with similar structures in animals which I have never seen. In these cases, I have had a rely on the figures and descriptions of various investigators. It is not unlikely, therefore, that some of my inferences may be erroneous. If so, I make no apology for the same, as the primary purpose of these papers is to stimulate a comparative study of the rhabdocoeles in general.
