Conclusions The properties of modified polycaproamide fibres containing various amounts of grafted polyacrylonitrile have been investigated. It has been shown that the attachment of polyacrylonitrile to polycaproamide fibres leads to an improvement in a number of properties (light resistance, heat resistance, wool-like appearance) which determine the customer acceptance of fibres and articles made from them.
