Conclusions In two-stage cracking of the kerosine-gasoil fraction in the 43–102 units of the New Groznyi Refinery, the catalyst Tseokar-2 was found to have the following advantages over the amorphous catalyst: a) motor gasoline yield rose by a factor of 1.4; b) output of aviation gasoline on the starting feed increased from 25 to 40%, i.e., by a factor of 1.6; c) the iodine number of aviation gasoline diminished from 11.3 to 2.4 mg I2/100 g; d) the rating of the aviation gasoline component increased from 109 to 120 when 2.5 g TEL /kg was added; e) catalyst consumption was produced from 0.145 to 0.11 wt.% in the cracking stage and from 0.157 to 0.12 wt.% in the refining stage, i.e., by more than 30 relative%; f) the content of aromatics increased in the fraction boiling above 240°C.
