Formation and Decomposition of the N-N-N-GroupTriazanium betaines (8a-d) are formed from 2-aminoformyl-3-phenyloxaziridines (7) and N.N-dialkyl hydrazines by transfer of the R-NH-CO-N-group. 8a-d easily decompose with formation of tetraalkyl tetrazenes and substituted ureas. 8a-d are reduced by the action of iodide in acidic solution to give ammonia and dialkyl semicarbazides, whereas the action of acids results in the formation of ammonia, aldehyde, and l-alkyl semicarbazides. Methyl-and cyclohexyl hydrazine are converted into 2-alkyl triazane carbonamides (11, 12) which also form semicarbazides. The hydrazines 15 and 16 undergo N-N-cleavage by iodide in acidic solution; 15 is cleaved by acid with rupture of the N-N-bond and dealkylation at nitrogen.
    Notes: 2-Aminoformyl-3-phenyl-oxaziridine (7) übertragen ihre Acylamido-Gruppe auf N.N-Dialkyl-hydrazine unter Bildung von Triazaniumbetainen (8a-d). 8a-d zerfallen schon bei Raumtemperatur zu Tetraalkyl-tetrazenen und Harnstoffen. Mit Jodid in Saurer Lösung erfolgt Reduktion zu Ammoniak und Dialkyl-semicarbaziden; saure Zersetzung führt zu Ammoniak, Aldehyd und 1-Alkyl-semicarbaziden. Methyl- und Cyclohexylhydrazin lassen sich in 2-Alkyl-triazancarbonamide (11, 12) überführen, die ebenfalls leicht in substituierte Semicarbazide übergehen. Die Hydrazine 15 und 16 erleiden mit Jodid in saurer Lösung Spaltung; 15 spaltet mit Säure an der N-N-Bindung unter gleichzeitiger Entalkylierung eines N-Atoms.
