Conclusions 1. The theoretical premises of creating highly plasticized self-lubricating composite polymer materials were experimentally confirmed by the development of the self-lubricating antifriction material K-112 intended for the slide guides of gates of hydraulic structures. 2. The physical, mechanical, tribotechnical, and thermophysical properties and stability of the material under operating conditions were investigated; on-site tests of K-112 were carried out at the Volgograd hydro development, which showed its high operation reliability. 3. The industrial technology of producing material K-112 was developed, the equipment for its industrial production was manufactured, and the technical documents were prepared. On the suggestion of the State All-Union Construction and Installation Trust of the USSR Ministry of Power and Electrification, the self-lubricating antifriction material K-112 was recommended for batch production.
