    Description: This book is an adaptation of a research presented to the Universidad Nacional Micaela Bastidas de Apurímac, which aimed to determine the relationship between municipal management and local development, from the perception of the residents of the district of San Pedro de Cachora (Peru), whose type of research corresponds to the basic study, non-experimental design and in particular to the correlational descriptive design. The study population consisted of 908 residents registered in the four communities in 2018, which make up the district of Cachora, in relation to the aforementioned population universe, a sample of 270 residents was taken, under the simple random sampling procedure. The instrument applied was the questionnaire and the technique used to collect information was the survey. The results reached were that 13.3% of the population perceive municipal management as very bad while 64.4% perceive it as bad. Likewise, 7% of the population perceives local development as very bad while 44.4% perceives it as bad, for which a favorable result was obtained in the general hypothesis, with a Spearman's Rho of 0.638, evidencing a medium to considerable positive relationship. in relation to the study variables and a p value = 0.000, so it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between municipal management and local development of the district of San Pedro de Cachora, 2021.

    Description: Este libro es una adaptación de una investigación presentada a la Universidad Nacional Micaela Bastidas de Apurímac, que tuvo por objetivo determinar la relación existente entre gestión municipal y el desarrollo local, desde la percepción de los pobladores del distrito de San Pedro de Cachora (Perú), cuyo tipo de investigación corresponde al estudio básico, diseño no experimental y en particular al diseño descriptivo correlacional. La población de estudio estuvo conformada por 908 pobladores empadronados en las cuatro comunidades año 2018, las cuales conforman el distrito de Cachora, en relación al universo poblacional antes mencionado, se tomó una muestra de 270 pobladores, bajo el procedimiento de muestreo aleatorio simple, el instrumento aplicado fue el cuestionario y la técnica empleada para recolectar información fue la encuesta. Los resultados a los que se arribó fue que el 13.3% de la población percibe la gestión municipal como muy mala mientras que el 64.4% percibe como mala. Asimismo, el 7% de la población percibe como muy malo el desarrollo local mientras que el 44.4% lo percibe como malo, por lo que se obtuvo resultado favorable en la hipótesis general, con un Rho Spearman de 0,638 evidenciando una relación positiva media a considerable en relación a las variables de estudio y un valor p = 0,000 por lo que se concluye que existe relación significativa entre la gestión municipal y el desarrollo local del distrito de San Pedro de Cachora, 2021.

    Description: This book is an adaptation of a research presented at the Micaela Bastidas National University of Apurímac (Peru), whose objective was to determine the level of leadership of the municipal administration for the period 2018-2020, from the perspective of the citizens and servants of the municipality of Abancay (Peru). The findings of this study were based on a basic descriptive level research, within a non-experimental cross-sectional design, considering that objective results were sought, the approach was quantitative, for this purpose an appropriate questionnaire was developed for the public servant and another for the citizen that contains items for the dimensions of citizen security, public cleaning, execution of public works, and taxation system. These instruments were administered to a sample of 172 public servants between appointed and contracted, and 245 citizens, it being important to point out that the determination of the sample size was stratified probabilistic. For the contrasting of the hypothesis for being a comparative study with ordinal data, it was through the Mann Whitney U test whose inferential results allowed us to conclude that from the perspective of the citizen in 88% with respect to the leadership of the municipal management who point out that the leadership is not adequate, while public servants indicate that it is almost always or always adequate (53.9% and 23.26% respectively). The inferential analysis allows us to affirm that there is a significant difference between the perceptions of both groups.

    Description: Este libro es una adaptación de una investigación presentada en la Universidad Nacional Micaela Bastidas de Apurímac (Perú), cuyo objetivo fue determinar el nivel de liderazgo de la gestión edil periodo 2018-2020, desde la perspectiva de los ciudadanos y servidores de la municipalidad de Abancay (Perú). Los hallazgos de este estudio se basaron, en una investigación básica de nivel descriptivo, dentro de un diseño no experimental transversal, considerando que se buscó obtener resultados objetivos, el enfoque fue cuantitativo, para este fin se elaboró un cuestionario apropiado para el servidor público y otro para el ciudadano que contienen ítem para las dimensiones de seguridad ciudadana, limpieza pública ejecución de obras públicas, y sistema de tributación. Estos instrumentos fueron administrados a una muestra de 172 servidores públicos entre nombrados y contratados, y 245 ciudadanos, siendo importante señalar que la determinación del tamaño de la muestra fue probabilístico estratificado. Para la contrastación de la hipótesis por ser un estudio comparativo con datos ordinales fue a través de la prueba U de Mann Whitney cuyos resultados inferenciales permitieron concluir que desde la perspectiva del ciudadano en un 88% respecto al liderazgo de la gestión edil quienes señalan que el liderazgo no es adecuado, mientras que los servidores públicos señalan que si es casi siempre o siempre adecuado (53,9% y 23,26% respectivamente). El análisis inferencial permite afirmar que existe una diferencia significativa entre las percepciones de ambos grupos.

    Description: This book is an adaptation of a research presented at the Micaela Bastidas National University of Apurímac, this study was carried out with the purpose of specifying the influence of "I learn at home" on the completion of their training in the area of ​​communication of children of five years of the Public Educational Institutions of the Initial Level of Tamburco (Peru) - 2020. La investigación fue desarrollada a través de una indagación básica, explicativa, no experimental y transversal, con enfoque cuantitativo, para lo cual se elaboró dos instrumentos de investigación para cada una de las variables con un total de 36 Ítems y fueron aplicados a 106 padres de familia y niños. El procesamiento de los datos permitió llegar a hallazgos no inferenciales e inferenciales, la prueba para la constatación del supuesto fue el coeficiente de correlación de Tau_b de Kendal, llegando a la conclusión que la estrategia educativa “Aprendo en casa” incide de manera efectiva y elocuente sobre el logro de aprendizaje en el área de comunicación, debido a que su significancia estadística resultante es = ,028 siendo menor al nivel de significancia = ,05. Sin embargo, el nivel de influencia es bajo debido a que t = ,216.

    Description: This book is an adaptation of a research presented at the Universidad Nacional Micaela Bastidas de Apurímac, this study sought to determine the degree of relationship between teaching competence and inclusive education in public educational institutions at the initial level of the urban area of ​​the city of Abancay (Peru), 2020. The research was carried out at a basic level, of a relational type, with a non-experimental design and cross-section with a hypothetical-deductive method with a quantitative approach; The sampling was intentional non-probabilistic, obtaining a sample of 66 teachers. The research instruments used were the questionnaire for each of the study variables. Both instruments reached Cronbach's Alpha coefficients of .972 and .892, respectively, guaranteeing their reliability. The data obtained were statistically processed, obtaining descriptive and inferential results that allowed us to conclude that teaching competence has a positive, highly significant relationship. and high with inclusive education because the p value is equal to .000 and Kendall's Tau_ b is .556.

Los instrumentos de investigación utilizados fueron el cuestionario para cada una de las variables de estudio. Ambos instrumentos alcanzaron los coeficientes de Alpha de Cronbach de ,972 y de ,892 respectivamente garantizando su fiabilidad, los datos obtenidos fueron procesados estadísticamente obteniendo resultados descriptivos e inferenciales que permitieron llegar a la conclusión de que la competencia docente tiene una relación positiva, muy significativa y alta con la educación inclusiva debido a que el p valor es igual a ,000 y el Tau_ b de Kendall de ,556.

    Description: This book is an adaptation of a research presented at the Micaela Bastidas National University of Apurímac, whose main objective was to determine the level of association of motivation with job performance from the perspective of the teacher of the Public Educational Institutions of the Initial Level of Tamburco (Peru). The study was developed following the process of basic research at the associative correlational level. The data of each one of the variables was registered in the motivation questionnaires that I consider three dimensions (need for achievement, need for power and need for affiliation) and teaching performance also with three dimensions (Planning of pedagogical work, management of learning processes). teaching - learning and professional responsibilities). We worked with all the teachers of the initial level of Tamburco. The statistical treatment according to the research design for testing the selected hypothesis was Kendall's Tau_b coefficient, which allowed reaching the inferential conclusion that there is an association between motivation and teaching performance. On the other hand, in a descriptive way, it is concluded that 16 teachers of 29 individuals in the sample indicate that they do not care about taking into account the needs of achievement, power or affiliation as a motivating force, and in terms of teaching performance, 23 teachers present attitudes and behaviors that reflected that they almost never plan the pedagogical work, nor the management of the teaching and learning processes is low, 5 teachers sometimes participate in their professional responsibilities and only one teacher usually plans, manages the pedagogical processes and assumes their professional responsibilities.

    Description: Este libro es una adaptación de una investigación presentada a la Universidad Nacional Micaela Bastidas de Apurímac, cuyo objetivo central fue determinar el nivel de asociación de la motivación con el desempeño laboral desde la perspectiva del docente de las Instituciones Educativas Públicas del Nivel Inicial de Tamburco (Perú). El estudio fue desarrollado siguiendo el proceso de una investigación básica de nivel correlacional asociativa. Los datos de cada una de las variables fueron registrados en los cuestionarios de motivación que considero tres dimensiones (necesidad de logro, necesidad de poder y necesidad de afiliación) y desempeño docente también con tres dimensiones (Planificación de trabajo pedagógico, gestión de los procesos de enseñanza - aprendizaje y responsabilidades profesionales). Se trabajo con el total de docentes del nivel inicial de Tamburco. El tratamiento estadístico de acuerdo al diseño de investigación para la contrastación de la hipótesis seleccionada fue el coeficiente de Tau_b de Kendall, que permitió llegar a la conclusión inferencial que existe una asociación entre la motivación con el desempeño docente. Por otro lado, de manera descriptiva se concluye que 16 docentes de 29 individuos de la muestra señalan que no se preocupa en tomar consideración las necesidades de logro, poder o afiliación como fuerza motivadora, y en cuanto al desempeño docente, 23 docentes presentan actitudes y comportamientos que reflejaron que casi nunca planifican el trabajo pedagógico, ni la gestión de los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje es baja, 5 docentes a veces participan en sus responsabilidades profesionales y solo un docente por lo general planifica, hace gestión de los procesos pedagógicos y asume sus responsabilidades profesionales.
