Description: One new monotypic genus of the subfamily Orgilinae Ashmead, 1900 (type species: D. morvanae spec. nov.), two new species of the genus Podorgilus van Achterberg, 1994 (P. nemorensis spec. nov. and P. luteus spec. nov.) and one new species of the genus Agathis Latreille, 1804 (A. depressifrons spec. nov.) are described. The internal microsculpture of the ovipositor in several genera of the subfamily Orgilinae has been examined and revealed several new features with a potentially high phylogenetic value. A cladistic analysis has been performed with some of these new character-states which corroborate the recognition of the tribe Mimagathidini Enderlein, 1905 (excluding the subtribe Mesocoelina Viereck, 1918), and support the division of this subfamily into three tribes. The study of the genera Bentonia and Stantonia showed the need of an accurate analysis to verify the status of the genus Bentonia.

(type species: O. bicolor spec. nov.), Neostaphius gen. nov. (type species: N. striatus spec. nov.), and Dapsilitas gen. nov. (type species: D. bicolor spec. nov.; D. robustisoma Braet & van Achterberg, spec. nov.) are described. In addition, three new species of the genera Achterbergia Marsh, 1993 (A. cornicoxa Braet & Barbalho, spec. nov.), Aphelopsia Marsh, 1993 (A. striata Braet & Barbalho, spec. nov.) and Nervellius Roman, 1923 (N. exquisitus Braet & Barbalho, spec. nov.) are described. Additional distributional data on Achterbergia arawak Marsh, 1993; Aphelopsia annulicornis Marsh, 1993; and Ptesimogasteroides cerdai Braet & van Achterberg, 2001, are given. The internal microsculpture of the ovipositor of P. cerdai is illustrated. The genus Sharkeyelloides Marsh, 2002, is synonymized with Ptesimogastroides Braet & van Achterberg, 2001 (syn. nov.). Keys to the species of the genera Achterbergia Marsh, Aphelopsia Marsh, Nervellius Roman, Lamquetia gen. nov., Dapsilitas gen. nov. and Ptesimogastroides Braet & van Achterberg are given.

Description: Two new species of the genus Foenomorpha Sz\xc3\xa9pligeti, 1904, are described (F. rufa spec. nov. from Brazil and F. senlura spec. nov. from French Guiana). A key to the known species is added and notes on the other two species are added. Foenomorpha filicornis (Cameron, 1887) is a new combination for Cenocoelius filicornis Cameron. An aberrant group of Chelonus with very slender antennal segments and a protuberant scutellum from French Guiana and Suriname is described and included in the new subgenus Baculonus (type species: C. pachytellus spec. nov.). Epsilogaster palenque Whitfield & Mason, 1994, is reported for the first time from Costa Rica.

Description: Among the collected material from the Kaw Montains, French Guiana, a new species of the genus Exasticolus van Achterberg, 1979 (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Homolobinae: E. thirionae spec. nov.) and two new species of the genus Orgilus Haliday, 1833 (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Orgilinae: O. podus spec. nov. and O. quadricolor spec. nov.) were discovered. Exasticolus thirionae spec. nov. differs from the other three known species by the reduced setosity of the fore wings. E. fuscicornis (Cameron, 1887) is for the first time reported from Belize, French Guiana, Guatemala and Venezuela, and E. nigriceps (Enderlein, 1920) from Costa Rica.\nThe morphological variation in the genus Orgilus in the Neotropical region is illustrated by the description of the two new species from French Guiana. Podorgilus brevitarsus van Achterberg, 1994 (Orgilinae) is reported for the first time from Costa Rica. Stantonia pallida (Ashmead, 1894) is a new combination.
