Conclusions 1. A decline in the level of conditioned-reflex activity was noted in white rats under space-flight conditions in the Kosmos-1129 biosatellite. 2. The observed changes were apparently associated with a weakening of both major nervous processes; at the same time the more sensitive inhibitory process suffered to a greater extent than the excitatory. 3. The worsening of the conditioned-reflex activity of the rats was moderate and not accompanied by profound disturbances. 4. At the end of flight a tendency was manifested for an increase in the CR level; however, the control values were not attained.
