Since time immemorial the behavior of the human being becomes a mystery which varies depending on the person and the environment that surrounds him, as the life cycle progresses as eventually all people have the need to find employment to meet the needs through the payment that is given for the services provided to the entity. Within the companies, all collaborators have a responsibility towards society and must behave as responsible entities, in accordance with ethics and respect for people and the environment. The objective of the research is to analyze how individuals are managed within organizations according to the ethics and human processes that exist in each business. This manuscript is based on a literature review methodology with a descriptive and analytical approach to provide an interpretation of the characteristics of the behavior of individuals. The results show that there are still organizations that see their employees as just another resource, without considering their needs as individuals, creating a lack of motivation in the staff at the time of performing their tasks, making necessary the intervention of the human resources department to ensure fair treatment. With this we conclude that the application of ethics is necessary for the success or failure of an entity by representing the ideal standards of conduct for an optimal organizational environment that will bring about efficient processes.

Desde tiempos inmemoriales el comportamiento del ser humano se vuelve un misterio el cual varía dependiendo de la persona y el ambiente que le rodea, al avanzar con el ciclo de vida a medida eventualmente todas las personas tienen la necesidad de encontrar empleo para satisfacer las necesidades a través del pago que se otorga por los servicios prestado a la entidad. Dentro de las empresas todos los colaboradores tienen inmersa una responsabilidad con la sociedad y deben comportarse como entes responsables, ajustados a la ética, y al respeto por las personas y el medio ambiente. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar cómo se manejan los individuos dentro de las organizaciones según la ética y los procesos humanos que existen en cada negocio. Este manuscrito se basa en una metodología de revisión bibliográfica con enfoque descriptivo y analítico para brindar una interpretación a las características del comportamiento de los individuos. Dentro de los resultados se aprecia que aún existen organizaciones las cuales ven a sus empleados como un recurso más, sin considerar sus necesidades como individuo, creando una falta de motivación en el personal al momento de realizar sus tareas, viéndose necesaria la intervención del departamento de recursos humanos para garantizar un trato justo. Con esto se concluye que la aplicación de la ética es necesaria para el éxito o fracaso de una entidad al representar las normas de conducta ideales para un óptimo ambiente organizacional que traerá consigo eficientes procesos.
