    Description: In this investigation, were examined the effect of partial harvesting on optimal management of shrimp culture. In order to achieve to the purpose 6Pool0.4/hectare was selected. Three pool with density Twenty-five per sq. m as a witness and another three pond by density fifty per sq. m as the test sample were storage. Based on the results of biometry and biomass estimates of pool was calculated and provided amounts daily meals for shrimps. The first harvest took place after a period of120 days from the test pools .Average of harvest from pools B4, B6andB7 ,was determined respectively, 1373,1365 and1105kg.Second harvest from treatment poolsB4, B6andB7were determined, respectively, 1663,1748 and1783kg. Final harvests from the pools were after 150 day. Harvest average from control pools B1, B2 and B3 was calculated and estimated respectively, 1824, 2000 and 1685 kg. The Average of FCR was calculated 1.51 in control samples. In general, the average of feed conversion rate of the treatment samples were calculated 1.51.We did not see the difference between FCR of control and test samples. According to the project's achievements, we can say, partial harvesting has an important role to increased productivity of shrimp farms in Hellh site from BushehrProvince.

    Description: Shrimp culture and rearing industry in particular white leg shrimp species (Litopenaeus vannamei) is one of the major activities in the world, including Iran. The outbreaks of diseases are the main factors limiting production. Due to the adverse effects of abusing antibiotics and chemical disinfectants, disease control and prevention requires novel methods that are affordable, effective and safe for the environment and humans. For this purpose during the five months, sampling was done from three main sites of shrimp culture in Bushehr province and 150 pieces cultured white leg shrimp, 135 water and sediment samples were collected from the ponds, input and output channels by standard methods. Physicochemical parameters of water and biometry of shrimps were done and recorded. Probiotic isolation was performed by culturing samples in Tryptic soy agar and TCBS after incubation in 30º C for 24-48 h. The antimicrobial effects of culture extract of isolates were evaluated against V. harveyi with the well diffusion method and the best isolates were selected. The molecular identification of selected bacteria was performed by 16S ribosomal DNA gene sequence analysis technique. The growth kinetics of selected bacteria and effect of environmental factors on antimicrobial compound production and stability of them in salinity (1.5-5.5%) and (0-50ppt), pH (5-9) and temperature (3040º C) and (35-100º C) were studied respectively. After the determination of antibiotic resistance profiles of them, the In vivo test on the L. vannamei post larvae was performed and effect of these bacteria on growth performance, prevention of vibriosis and water quality include (ammonia, nitrate nitrite, turbidity, total bacteria and Vibrionaceae load were examined. For extraction and identification of bioactive material with anti-bacterial properties produced by selected bacteria, dialysis, SDS-PAGE electrophoresis, ultraviolet spectroscopy and gas chromatography mass was performed. According to the results of this dissertation the most frequency of facultative aerobic and anaerobic heterotrophic bacteria was seen in shrimp digestion tract (3.04 ± 0.75) ×105 CFU/g in September .Genus Vibrio spp. (37.88%) and Bacillus spp. (27.27%) had the most frequency respectively. Of the 198 bacterial isolates, two bacterial strains from the digestive tract and sediment which had the highest inhibition and a stability antagonistic effect on V. harveyi were selected. Based on 16S ribosomal DNA gene sequence analysis, they were identified as Bacillus subtilis subsp. inaquosorum strain IS02 (GenBank: JN856456.1) and Bacillus vallismotis IS03 (GenBank: JQ085958.1) and recorded in the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI). According to results of identifying bioactive material produced by selected bacteria, in SDS-PAGE electrophoresis Bacillus subtilis subsp. inaquosorum strain IS02 did not have any band but Bacillus vallismotis IS03 had two band in 25 kDa and 34-45 kDa molecular weight which probably bacteriocin like substances and group III Bacillus bacteriocin respectively. UV spectra of selected bacteria were in the range (260-265nm) which related to peptide groups. In GC-MS the highest percent of chromatogram was belonged to pyrrolopyrazines in both of selected bacteria, which have antibacterial properties. Overall, according to results both of the selected bacteria were adapted to the ecological conditions of shrimp culture and could be used as appropriate probiotics in this industry. It is hoped that the results of this research is to produce a step towards the realization of national production of indigenous probiotic in Iran.

    Description: We used Molokai and High health broodstocks for inbreeding and cross-breeding of them. For water security, in the first step Persian Gulf water with a pump pure in the concrete laver and then transfer in the two smaller laver, and disifected with 50 ppm calcium hypochlorite in the priod of 12-24 hours, and then transferred to the ultrafilter and ultra violet before transfer to the hatchery. Broodstocks were stocked at the density of 8-10 ind/m2 in the 4 metric tons fiber glass tank. The feeding of broodstocks were done 4 times at the 9, 11.30, 14 and 20. 3. Three times with cuttlefish (Sepia pharaonis) and sand worm (Perinereis nuntica) and 1 time with edible bivalve meat (Solen brevis) and cow livier. Maturation and mating of broodstocks was done in the 4 cubic meters round fiberglass tanks with the diameter of 2.4 m and 1 m height. For spawning of broodstocks we used tanks with 300 liters content with the diameter of 0.9 m at the head and 0.7 m at the base and in the 4 cubic meters fiber glass tank. Rearing of larvae were done with natural (Chaetacerous sp.) and artificial diet. The amount of dissolved oxygen, water tempreture, pH and salinity measured daily. In the end of initial propagation period, in the inbreeding of High health 3600 Pl16 and from Molokai no obtained any postlarvae. In the cross-breeding of female High heaith×male Molokai 1500 Pl7 and from female Molokai × male high health 1350 Pl21 were produced. In the second year, in the propagation of female Molokai×male High health, 600 thousands of Pl12 was obtained. In the end of initial propagation period, only the survival of female Molokai×male High health was suitable. Therefore in the second year, we only propagate this one. The better propagation of broodstocks in the second year, was mainely due to use of live and fresh freeze perinereis nuntica worm and probably better broodstocks genetic characteristic. The mean temperature, oxygen and pH of water measured 28.75±2.33, 28.16±1.30 0 C, 6.51±0.60 and 7.360± 0.46 mg/land 8.81±0.03 and 8.15±0.20. The salinity of water maintained at 32±2 PPT.

    Description: This study was a part of the national big plan of "Attain to technical knowledge of specific pathogen free shrimp production and cut off to dependence on foreign products . "Shrimp aquaculture as one of the most important activities in the world and Iran is expanding. Bacteria and fungi of the most common infectious agents causing diseases are in the hatchery and shrimp. The most important bacteria causing diseases in the hatcheries and shrimp Farms, bacteria are Vibrionaceae family. The fungi can be identified as Fusarium, Mucor, Cladosporium, Aspergillus, Penicillium and yeast. Utilized of water supply system in this project for breeding and reproduction of shrimp is a controlled system. This system acts as a part of biological security. Incoming water before the utilization was monitored for the total bacteria count, fungi and as well as Vibrionaceae family, each 15 days. If contamination is too predictable, additional tests and necessary treatments were carried out to improve the quality of the water. The water, after use in the system and after passing through the filtration system, was guided out. The frequencies of water and sediment sampling were once per month. The water samples for analysis of heavy metals and PAHs were fixed by HNO3 and H2SO4 (pH〈2), respectively. Heavy metals (Cu, Zn, Cd, Pb, Hg, As) in water samples were analyzed by Polarograph (Metrohm-797). PAHs in water and sediment were extracted by an extractor funnel and microwave digestion method, respectively. Then, these compounds were defined by GC- MS. The quantities of heavy metals in water samples were low. In the water sample inlet station (in sea) and aquaculture center of SPF shrimp, concentrations of metals were significantly different (p〈0.05). Significant correlations were not seen between levels of heavy metals in water samples (sea and aquaculture center of SPF shrimp) and sampling time (p〉0.05). There were 17 compounds of PAHs detected in the samples. The samples were calculated using (low molecular/high molecular) PAHs ratio (LMW/HMW) to determine the sources of PAHs. The value of less than 1 is the pyrolytic sources and more than 1, consist of petrogenic sources. In this research LMW/HMW ratio was less than one. On the other hand PAHs of sediments had pyrolytic sources.

    Description: In this study, the inhibitory effect of Radio-Vaccine against white spot disease on white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) was studied. This vaccine was prepared by Nuclear Science and Technology Research Institute of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran. 14,000 L. vannamei postlarvae were used in treatments after adaptation. Eight treatments, four positive and two negative controls were considered in triplicate. Initially, three meals a day for a month in the hours of 8, 16 and 24 were feeding. Three times in day at 8, 16 and 24 clock were feeding in first mount. Waste food and fecal remaining in the tanks were removed. In the second and third months of treatment, feeding frequency increased to three and four times in day which is at 6, 18 and 24 were given concentrate feed and Artemia nauplii at 12 clocks. Vaccination was carried out by immersion. Vaccination was performed in two doses with an interval of 10 to 14 days. For biometric testing and evaluation of immune cells throughout the experiment, three samples were taken randomly from the tanks. To assess the health status of shrimp, indices of Total Hemocyte Count and Total Plasma Protein was determined. Phagocytic activity of hemocytes was evaluated to assess immune setuation of shrimps. The results of this study showed that the shrimp immune system, as in many reports, the effect of recombinant vaccines and passive safety in memory as "Alternative adaptive immune responses" after experimental infection of white spot virus (WSSV) in wild and farmed shrimp is confirmed, will respond to vaccination against white spot disease.

Two hundred and seventy Fenneropenaeus indicus with the weight of 10± 1.09 were selected , transferred to Iran Shrimp Center and distributed to the treatmentsand controls (3 groups). The objective of our study was to describe the signs, prevalence, and intensity of Hemocytosis, a new disease in shrimp, Fenneropenaeus indicus. The experimental design included three groups, one treatment as infected shrimp or group B and 2 controls with non-infected but exposure to White Spot Syndrom Virus (WSSV) shrimp as group A and non-infected non- exposure to WSSV shrimp as group C in triplicate. The results revealed that Hemocytosis associated with a decrease in hyalinocytes and large-granulocytes (less than 8%) and a considerable increase in semi-granulocytes in group A and B in contrast to group C that Hyalinocyte increased. This infection made the shrimp susceptible to WSSV disease. It is believed that Hemocytosis causes a condition which can result in a rapid mortality among susceptible species, F. indicus when exposure to WSSV is occurred.

    Description: In this study two species of algae, Sargassum glaucescens and Padina boergeseni that found plenteously in Persian Gulf and Bushehr coast, were collected and hot water extracts of them were lyophilized. F. indicus (11.32±1.20 g), after two weeks adaptation in Shoghab research station were immersed in seawater (39 ppt and 25±1 ○C) containing hot-water extract of each brown algae, S.glaucescens and P.boergeseni, at 100, 300 and 500 mg/l concentration, Survival rate and immunological parameters (total haemocyte count (THC), total plasma protein (TPP), Phagocytic activity, bacterial clearance efficiency and bactericidal activity) were examined. In addition effect of dietary administration of beta 1, 3 1, 6 glucan on prevention of White Spot Disease and immunological parameters of shrimp were investigated. According to results, immersion in seawater containing 300 and 500 mg/l concentration of algal hot-water extract after 2 and 3 hours or oral administration of beta 1,3 1,6 glucan at level of 10 g/kg diet for 14 days significantly enhanced THC, TPP, Phagocytic activity, bacterial clearance efficiency and bactericidal activity. Immersion in seawater containing 100, 300 and 500 mg/l hot-water extract of S.glaucescens after 3 hours, improved the survival rate of WSSV-infected F. indicus.
