    Description / Table of Contents: Marrubiaside and Marrubialactone, two Diterpene Derivatives with Rearranged Labdane-Skeleton from Leonurus murrubiastrum L.From the leaves and flowers of Leonurus marrrubiastrum L. the diterpene derivatives marrubiaside (1) and marrubialactone (12) were isolated. Their structures were elucidated by chemical degradation and spectroscopic investigations. Marrubiaside is the 17-β-Dglucopyranosyl ester of 16-hydroxykolavic acid-15,16-lactone, whereas the carbohydrate-free marrubialactone is representing 16,18,20-trihydroxykolavic acid-15,16; 17,18-dilactone.
    Notes: Aus den Blüten und Blättern von Leonurus marrubiastrum L. wurden die Diterpenderivate Marrubiasid (1) und Marrubialacton (12) isoliert und in der Struktur durch chemischen Abbau und mit spektroskopischen Methoden geklärt. Marrubiasid ist der 17-β-DGlucopyranosylester des 16-Hydroxykolavsäure-15,16-lactons, während das zuckerfreie Marrubialacton ein 16,18,20-Trihydroxykolavsäure-15,16; 17,18-dilacton darstellt.
