Conclusions 1. In studies of the1H NMR spectra of a broad range of fibrous composite materials based on a polyheteroarylene fiber and epoxide type binder, an anomalous increase in the mobility of the macromolecules of the sample present at the fiber-binder interface was detected. 2. Deviations of the second moments of the NMR signal of the fiber composite material with respect to the second moments of the original constituents when the temperature was raised were observed. 3. The results obtained enable the postulate to be made that the studied samples possess a structure intermediate between the fragmentary and monolithic types.
