    Notes: The infrared and Raman spectra of the chiral unsymmetrical π-donor ethylenedioxy-S, S-dimethylethylenedithlo-tetrathiafulvalene (EDO-S, S-DMEDT-TTF) are reported as well as the spectral (IR, UV-VIS-NIR absorption and reflectivity) and electrical properties of the τ-(EDO-S, S-DMEDT-TTF)2(AuBr2) (AuBr2)0.75 salt. The IR spectra of the salt are of metal-like type and show normal IR-active vibrations of the donor molecule. Electronic bands are also investigated.
