Résumé L'auteur fait le point sur la faune copépodologique d'Ethiopie actuellement connue, à partir de la bibliographie existante et d'une importante collection de zooplancton mise à sa disposition au cours d'un séjour au laboratoire du Prof. C. H. Fernando, University of Waterloo (Ontario, Canada). 60 espèces sont ainsi répertoriées, certaines redécrites et une espèce nouvelle de Cyclopoïde, Thermocyclops ethiopiensis, décrite. Une clé de détermination des Calanoïdes et Cyclopoïdes est également fournie ainsi que les planches de figures correspondantes.

Abstract Based on the study of an extensive material from Ethiopia, the author establishes the list of the Copepoda species from this country, what includes 60 species. The author redescribes some species insufficiently known and gives the description of a new species, Thermocyclops ethiopiensis. A taxonomic key for Ethiopian Calanoida and Cyclopoida and corresponding figures are also presented.
