Die Rasterelektronenmikroskopie (SEM) gestattet bei der Untersuchung von löslichen Kollagenen eine bestechend klare und schnelle Darstellung des Bindungsgrades der Fibrillen sowie des Oberflächenreliefs. Mit dieser einfachen Methode zeigt sich der niedrigere Ordnungsgrad des renaturierten Kollagens im Vergleich zum nativen Kollagen.
Notes:
Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) enables a quick insight into the fibrils of soluble collagens and helps criticizing the degree of linkage of the fibrils. The method is simple and shows the lower degree of order of renatured collagen compared with the original one.
