    Description: The effect of molecular doping with TIPS-pentacene on the photovoltaic performance of polymer solar cells (PSCs) with a structure of ITO/ZnO/poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl) (P3HT) : [6,6]-phenyl C71-butyric acid methyl ester (PC71BM) : TIPS-pentacene/MoOx/Ag was systematically investigated by adjusting TIPS-pentacene doping ratios ranged from 0.3 to 1.2 wt%. The device with 0.6 wt% TIPS-pentacene exhibited the enhanced short-circuit current and fill factor by 1.23 mA/cm2 and 7.8%, respectively, resulting in a maximum power conversion efficiency of 4.13%, which is one-third higher than that of the undoped one. The photovoltaic performance improvement was mainly due to the balanced charge carrier mobility, enhanced crystallinity, and matched cascade energy level alignment in TIPS-pentacene doped active layer, resulting in the efficient charge separation, transport, and collection.

    Description: A sensitive and specific gas chromatographic-mass spectrometry with selected ion monitoring (GC-MS/SIM) method has been developed for simultaneous identification and quantification of α-asarone, -asarone, and methyl eugenol of Acorus tatarinowii Schott in rat plasma. Chromatographic separation was performed on a Restek Rxi-5MS capillary column (30 m × 0.32 mm × 0.25 m), using 1-naphthol as internal standard (IS). MS detection of these compounds and IS was performed at m/z 178, 208, 208, and 144. Intra- and interday precisions of all compounds of interest were less than 10%. The recoveries are situated in the range of 92.4–105.2%. Pharmacokinetics of methyl eugenol confirmed to be one-compartment open model, α-asarone and β-asarone was two-compartment open model, respectively. The method will probably be an alternative to simultaneous determination and pharmacokinetic study of volatile ingredients in Acorus tatarinowii Schott.

    Description: Fluid discrimination is an extremely important part of seismic data interpretation. It plays an important role in the refined description of hydrocarbon-bearing reservoirs. The conventional AVO inversion based on Zoeppritz’s equation shows potential in lithology prediction and fluid discrimination; however, the dispersion and attenuation induced by pore fluid are not fully considered. The relationship between dispersion terms in different frequency-dependent AVO equations has not yet been discussed. Following the arguments of Chapman, the influence of pore fluid on elastic parameters is analyzed in detail. We find that the dispersion and attenuation of Russell fluid factor, Lamé parameter, and bulk modulus are more pronounced than those of P-wave modulus. The Russell fluid factor is most prominent among them. Based on frequency-dependent AVO inversion, the uniform expression of different dispersion terms of these parameters is derived. Then, incorporating the P-wave difference with the dispersion terms, we obtain new P-wave difference dispersion factors which can identify the gas-bearing reservoir location better compared with the dispersion terms. Field data application also shows that the dispersion term of Russell fluid factor is optimal in identifying fluid. However, the dispersion term of Russell fluid factor could be unsatisfactory, if the value of the weighting parameter associated with dry rock is improper. Then, this parameter is studied to propose a reasonable setting range. The results given by this paper are helpful for the fluid discrimination in hydrocarbon-bearing rocks.

    Description: Current laboratory research in the field of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) disease often utilizes small animal experimental models induced by genetic manipulation or chemical application. This has led to the use and development of multiple high-resolution molecular imaging modalities capable of tracking disease progression, quantifying the role of inflammation, and evaluating the effects of potential therapeutics.In vivoimaging reduces the number of research animals used, provides molecular and cellular information, and allows for longitudinal studies, a necessity when tracking vessel expansion in a single animal. This review outlines developments of both established and emerging molecular imaging techniques used to study AAA disease. Beyond the typical modalities used for anatomical imaging, which include ultrasound (US) and computed tomography (CT), previous molecular imaging efforts have used magnetic resonance (MR), near-infrared fluorescence (NIRF), bioluminescence, single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), and positron emission tomography (PET). Mouse and rat AAA models will hopefully provide insight into potential disease mechanisms, and the development of advanced molecular imaging techniques, if clinically useful, may have translational potential. These efforts could help improve the management of aneurysms and better evaluate the therapeutic potential of new treatments for human AAA disease.

    Description: To study the correlation among advancing direction, strata behaviors, and rock burst induction, two physical models utilizing similar materials are established. Subsequently, the influence of advancing direction on the mining effect, caused by a fault, is studied. Moreover, the rock bursts affected by faults with different mining directions are compared and analyzed. The results show that the overlying structure varies notably, affected by fault cutting and fault dip, and the fault-affected zone and the cause of induced rock burst differ with different mining directions. However, regardless of mining directions, the overlying structure of the hanging wall is stable and fault activation is not obvious, while that of the footwall is relatively active and fault activation is violent; the risk of rock burst on the footwall is larger than that of mining on the hanging wall. Finally, an engineering case regarding two rock bursts in panel 6303 is used to verify some physical simulation results to a certain extent. Study results can serve as a reference for face layout and prevention of rock bursts under similar conditions.

    Description: We define the notions of Bosbach states and inf-Bosbach states on a bounded hyper BCK-algebra(H,∘,0,e)and derive some basic properties of them. We construct a quotient hyper BCK-algebra via a regular congruence relation. We also define a∘-compatibledregular congruence relationθand aθ-compatibledinf-Bosbach stateson(H,∘,0,e). By inducing an inf-Bosbach states^on the quotient structureH/[0]θ, we show thatH/[0]θis a bounded commutative BCK-algebra which is categorically equivalent to an MV-algebra. In addition, we introduce the notions of hyper measures (states/measure morphisms/state morphisms) on hyper BCK-algebras, and present a relation between hyper state-morphisms and Bosbach states. Then we construct a quotient hyper BCK-algebraH/Ker(m)by a reflexive hyper BCK-idealKer(m). Further, we prove thatH/Ker(m)is a bounded commutative BCK-algebra.

    Description: When studying the pressure-relief effect of hard roof blasting and cutting, the roof-cutting position and angle obviously affect the stability of the rock surrounding the gob-side entry (GSE). In this paper, control of the large deformation of rock surrounding the GSE is evaluated on the basis of the overlying structure and pressure-relief principle caused by roof cutting. Moreover, a mechanics model of a three-hinged arch structure (THAS) and a universal distinct element code (UDEC) numerical model with regard to the overlying rock movement were established to study the relationship among the rotation angle of key blocks in the THAS, the width of the roadway and the wall force beside it, and the optimal cutting position and cutting angle to reveal the pressure-relief effect of roof blasting and cutting and its influence on the support stability of the roadway. The results show that the overlying rock can form a stable THAS after roof blasting and cutting and that the wall stress and the coal-wall displacement are small, which indicates that roof blasting and cutting results in obvious pressure relief. The wall force increases with an increase in the rotation angle of the key block and decreases with an increase in the roadway width. Moreover, the optimal roof-cutting position (5 m) and angle (15°) are obtained with the specific mining conditions. Finally, on-site monitoring of the anchor-cable force and support force in panel 5312 of the Jining no. 3 coal mine is used to verify the pressure-relief effect after roof blasting and cutting. The study results can provide a theoretical basis for reasonable technical means and optimization of supporting parameters in field observation and have important application value for roof cutting and pressure relief for GSE retaining (GSER) technology.
