Taking a different approach, the authors study an alternative structure and explore an unusual exchange bias that scales linearly with the number of repetitions n in a (Co/Pt) n /Co multilayer. Considering the difficulty of increasing perpendicular exchange bias and its importance in applications, this work would seem to be a breakthrough. [Phys. Rev.
