Summary It has been observed that during the spermiogenesis ofAscaris megalocephale a rapid and considerable elimination of R.N.A. takes place. This process is due to the dissociation of cytoplasmic granules into molecular elements (supernatant). Reciprocally, during the phagocytosis of R.N.A. eliminated by the parietal cells, formation of granules from the supernatant has been observed. The conditions of synthesis of cytoplasmic granules and the relations with the elements of molecular size (supernatant) are discussed.
