    Description / Table of Contents: Zusammenfassung Der Einfluß der Oberflächenviskosität auf die Verdünnungsgeschwindigkeit und die kritische Zerreißdicke von Schaumfilmen wird untersucht. Es zeigt sich, daß dieser Effekt stark von der charakteristischen Flußgröße abhängt. Folglich kann man bei der Berechnung der Verdünnungsgeschwindigkeit die Oberflächenviskosität unberücksichtigt lassen und sie bei der von den thermischen Fluktuationen verursachten wellenartigen Bewegung als unendlich groß annehmen. Die auf diese Art erhaltenen Gleichungen für die kritische Dicke stimmen verhältnismäßig gut mit den experimentellen Daten überein. Eine mögliche Erklärung der Abhängigkeit der kritischen Dicke von der Konzentration des Tensids wird vorgeschlagen.
    Notes: Summary The influence of surface viscosity on the rate of thinning and on the critical thickness of rupture of foam films has been studied. It is shown that this effect depends strongly on the length-scale of the flow. Therefore it is possible to neglect it when calculating the rate of thinning, but to assume for the wave motion, caused by the thermic fluctuations, that the surface viscosity is infinitely great. The expression for the critical thickness, obtained in this way, agrees relatively well with the experimental results. A possible explanation of the dependence of critical thickness on surfactant concentration is suggested.

    Notes: Abstract The theory of strong discontinuities in plasma with anisotropic pressure is applied for interpretation of the recent plasma and magnetic experiments on the boundary and in the tail of the magnetosphere. The properties of the discontinuities are described. It is supposed that on the boundary and in the tail of the magnetosphere anisotropic discontinuities occur with a nonzero normal component of the magnetic field. The general consequence of this assumption is the existence of the magnetospheric surface flow expanding from the subsolar point. The consequence does not contradict the data obtained on IMP 5. For the investigation of the low latitude part of the flow, the use of electrostatic analysers is desirable with the entrance oriented along the magnetospheric surface. The well-known qualitative scheme of the hydrodynamical flow with strong discontinuities in the tail is generalized by means of the three anisotropic discontinuities: the contact one coinciding with the magnetic neutral sheet, and the two discontinuities with the nonzero normal flow of the mass simulating the boundary of the plasma sheet. The result of the scheme of the components of the bulk velocity in the plasma sheet agrees with the recent observations on the Vela 4B. The scheme connects the well-known phenomena of the blocking and the thinning of the plasma sheet in the initial phase of the substorm. According to the general principles of the reconnection the dynamical dissipation is decreased by the blocking of the flow in the plasma sheet. The decrease leads to a drift of the plasma sheet boundary in the neutral sheet direction. The reverse picture is probably a result of a relaxation of the blocking.

При молярном отношении [АНС]:[ГАФД]〈10:1 на 140 000 г белка связывается 3±1 моля АНС с константой диссоциации комплекса 5×10−5 М. АНС угнетает энзиматическую активность конкурентно с НАД, величина Кi при этом соответствует 5×10−5 М–6×10−5 M. Предполагается, что связывание краски происходит в области активного центра ГАФД.
