Antamanide, XXII. - Exchange of Phenylalanine 5,6,9 and 10 in Antamanide for L-CyclohexylalanineThe following analogs of antamanide (AA) containing L-Cyclohexylalanine (Cha) instead of phenylalanine were synthesized on a solid phase: [Cha5]-AA (1d) [2.5], [Cha6]-AA (1e) [0.5], [Cha5, Cha10]-AA (1f) [10-15], [Cha6, Cha9]-AA (1g), [1-2] and [Ala1, Cha6, Cha9]-AA (1h) [〉10]. The figures in brackets are the doses in mg per kg, which fully protect the white mouse from lethal poisoning by 5 mg phalloidin per kg. They show that the antitoxic effectiveness is least altered by an exchange of phenylalanine 6 but most altered by exchange of phenylalanine 10, thus confirming earlier results with tyrosine3).

Es wurden an der festen Phase die folgenden Analogen des Antamanids (AA) synthetisiert, die anstelle des Phenylalanins im Naturstoff L-Cyclohexylalanin (Cha) enthalten: [Cha5]-AA (Id) [2.5], [Cha6]-AA (1e) [0.5], [Cha5, Cha10]-AA (1f) [10-15], [Cha6, Cha9]-AA (1g) [1-2] und [Ala1, Cha6, Cha9]-AA (1h) [〉 10]. Die Zahlen in eckigen Klammern bedeuten die Mengen in mg pro kg, die die weiße Maus vor dem Tod durch 5 mg Phalloidin pro kg schützen. Aus ihnen ist abzulesen, daß der Austausch von Phenylalanin 6 die biologische Aktivität am geringsten, der von Phenylalanin 10 am stärksten betrifft, was etwa mit früher3) mit Tyrosin erhaltenen Ergebnissen übereinstimmt.
