A correlation of the inhomogeneity factor and molecular weight averages with the interaction energy parameter XAB of the calculation model leads to a generalized precalculation method. The model is furthermore applied to ethylenepolyethylene wax-systems. The influence of high molecular polyethylene constituents (bimodal distribution) can be taken into account by adding two unimodal distributions; some data are presented. Further results are provided for the pressure range of the separator.

Eine Korrelation von Uneinheitlichkeit und Molmassemittelwerten des Polyethylens mit dem modellspezifischen Wechselwirkungsparameter XAB führt zur Verallgemeinerung des Vorausberechnungsverfahrens. Das Berechnungsmodell wird weiterhin auf Ethylen-Polyethylenwachs-Systeme angewendet. Der Einfluß überprotionaler hochmolekularer Bestandteile in Polyethylenproben (bimodale Verteilung) auf das Phasengleichgewicht kann durch Superposition zweier Verteilungsfunktionen berücksichtigt werden. Aussagen für das Phasenverhalten bei Betriebsbedingungen werden getroffen.
