Synthesis and Properties of iPr2InCl, iPrInCl2, and (iPr2InHRtBu)2The reactions of triisopropylindium (1) with half an equivalent or two equivalents of indium (III) chloride leads to iPr2InCl (2) and iPrInCl2 (3), respectively. (iPr2InNHtBu)2 (4) can be synthesized from 2 and LiNHtBu. According to NMR, IR, and RE studies, 2-4 from dimers in solution and solid state. The X-ray analysis of 4 is reported.
