    Notes: Beim Bunkern von Schüttgütern treten zahlreiche Probleme auf, die in ihrer Gesamtheit nach dem heutigen Stand der Erkenntnisse nicht gelöst werden können, da die Einflußfaktoren sehr komplex sind und zum Teil ineinander übergehen. Um so mehr helfen aber Einzelergebnisse dem Betriebsingenieur, für ein bestimmtes Schüttgut den richtigen Bunker zu definieren. Die am Institut für Bergbau der Bergakademie Clausthal ausgeführten Untersuchungen zeigen vor allem Zusammenhänge zwischen Bunkerform, Auslauföffnung und den Schüttguteigenschaften. Weiterhin werden Druckverteilung, Brückenbildung und Entmischung besprochen.

    Notes: Spaltrohrmotorpumpen sind stopfbuchslos gebaut. Neben solchen Bauarten, die zunächst nur bis Temperaturen von etwa 90° C verwendet werden, sind Konstruktionen entwickelt worden, die bei der Förderung von heißen Produkten bis rd. 400° C verwendbar sind. Da in den meisten Chemiewerken Explosionsvorschriften bestehen, muß die Temperatur des Schmierkreislaufes innerhalb des Spaltrohrmotors in vorgeschriebenen Grenzen gehalten werden.

    Notes: In metabolism, nucleotides play a roLe not only as the procursors of nucleic acids. Many low molecular weight compounds may be activated for subsequent biosysthesis by forming anhydrides or esters with nucletides. These nucleotide derivatives functions as carriers of the residues attached to them. Frequently the residues become chemically changed while a attched to the nucleotide before transfer in a biosynthetic reaction. Following a general survey of nucleotide-types, and their reaction, into the biosynthesis of sulfated polysaccharides is described.
