    Notes: Synthesis and Reactions of 2-Aryloxy-s-trithianes2-Aryloxy-s-trithianes 4 had been prepared from 1-tosyl-imino-1-SIV-1,3,5-trithiane and phenolates. - By self-condensation of 4 1,5-bis-(trithianyl)-1,3,5-trithiapentane 5 and triphenyl-orthoformate 7 are formed, accompanied by further products, which had been isolated in pure state and identified unambiguously by H-n.m.r. and mass-spectra. In the presence of acids the 2-aryloxy-s-trithianes 4 react with nucleophilic aromatic compounds such as phenoles, N,N-dimethylaniline, pyrrole, indole, and thiophenes to give the C-trithianylated products. With mercaptanes 2-alkylthio-s-trithianes are formed.

Splitting of P—C-Bonds from Trisphosphoryl CompoundsHexaethyldimethylaminomethyl-trisphosphonate (2a) reacts with HCl or trimethylsilylbromid/water by splitting off one phosphoryl group, giving dimethylaminomethyl-bisphosphonic acid (7). The result of methylation of 2a depends on the reagent: with methyliodide one phosphoryl group is split off, and the ammonium salt 11a is formed, while with methyl toluene sulfonate or dimethylsulfate the expected quarternary ammonium salts 10b or 10c are formed. One phosphoryl group of 10c is split off under acidic as well as alkalinous conditions: acidic hydrolysis gives the bisphosphonic acid 15, while under alkalinous conditions the known ylid 16 is formed.

Phosphorigsäure-dialkyl- bzw. -diphenyl-ester-chloride reagieren mit Orthoameisensäureester zu Diäthoxymethanphosphonsäureestern mit verschiedenen Substituenten an Phosphor und Kohlenstoff (4), Phosphorigsäure-alkyl-bzw. -arylester-dichloride analog zu Derivaten mit verschiedenen Resten am Phosphor (10). Cyclische Phosphorigsäureester-chloride geben neben ringoffenen Phosphonsäureestern hauptsächlich höhermolekulare Produkte.

Phosphinoxiden sind Bis-phosphono- bzw. -phosphinyldimethyl-amino-methane (8 bzw. 14) zugänglich. 8 entsteht auch aus Phosphorigsäure-trialkylestern und Dimethylformamid-dichlorid. Bei der Reaktion von Phosphorigsäuredialkylestern mit Dimethylformamid-dithioacetalen sind α-di-substituierte Phosphonsäureester zugänglich, die sich entweder in 8 oder in Phosphinyl-phosphonsäureester umwandeln lassen.

    Notes: O,N-Acetale 1 des bisher unbekannten Formylphosphonsäureesters wurden aus Phosphorigsäuredialkylester und Dimethylformamidacetal bzw. aus Na-Phosphorigsäuredialkylester und Dimethylformamid-Dimethylsulfat-Komplexen dargestellt. 1 ist entweder direkt oder über die hieraus mit thionylchlorid erhältlichen Immoniumsalze 4 in Bis-phosphonsäureester 5 überführbar.Aus Tetramethylformamidinium-methylsulfat und Na-Phosphorigsäuredialkylester wurde das N,N-Acetal 9 des Formylphosphonsäureesters dargestellt.

    Notes: 2,2-Bis-[hydroxymethyl]-norbornen-(5) 5 läßt sich in bekannter Weise in Cyclische Derivate der phosphorigen Säure, wie z. B, das Diesterchlorid 6, den Triester 8a oder den Diester9 überführen; 6, 8a bzw. 9 wurden in verschiedener Weise weiter umgesetzt. Zum Unterschied von anderen cyclischen Phosphorigsäureestern reagiert 8a unter den Bedingungen der ARBUSOV- bzw. PERKOV-Reaktion mit verschiedenen C-Halogenverbindungen ausschließlich ohne Ringöffnung zu cyclischen Phosphonsäurederivaten, vermutlich wegen der Hinderung desnucleophilen Angriffs auf die Neopentyl-analogen CH2-Gruppen des Dioxaphosphanrings.  -  Die dargestellten Dioxan- bzw. Dioxaphosphanderivate liegen nach Ausweis der NMR-Spektren als Stereoisomerengemische vor.

    Notes: Die relativen Autoxydationsgeschwindigkeiten der cis/trans-Isomeren von Decalin, 1,2-Dimethylcyclohexan und 1,3-Dimethylcyclohexan wurden durch Konkurrenzreaktion mit Sauerstoff bei 105-130° bestimmt. Tertiäre C—H-Bindungen in äquatorialer Stellung werden leichter angegriffen als solche in axialer Stellung; ke: ka liegt zwischen 2,0 und 2,5.Für 34 repräsentative Kohlenwasserstoffe wurden die relativen Reaktionsgeschwindigkeiten nach der Methode der Konkurrenzreaktion ermittelt.

Aldehyd-geschützte Glyoxylsäurederivate wurden für Isonitril-Reaktionen nach UGI eingestzt: Glyoxylsäureamide gaben je nach Reaktionskomponenten Diamide der Aminomalonsäure oder Derivate des Tetrazolyglycins. - Acetale von Glyoxyloylaminosäureamiden (9a, b) wurden aus Dialkoxyessigsäure gewonnen. Das analog aus Dichloressigsäure zugängliche Dichloracetylderivat 9c gab mit Amin ein Aminal, das sich ebenso wie 9a sauer zum entsprechenden 2-Hydroxypiperazin-dion-(3,6) 11a hydrolysieren ließ. - Lävulinsäure konnte mit Amin/Isonitril zu Pyrrolidon-5-carbonsäureamiden cyclisiert Werden.
