    Notes: Die Umsetzung von Trimethylstannylazid mit Trimethyl-, Triäthyl- und Triphenylphosphin führt nicht zu N-Trimethylstannyl-iminotriorganophosphoranen, (CH3)3Sn — N = PR3, da vor Erreichen der Reaktionstemperatur ersteres zu Tetramethylstannan und Dimethylstannyldiazid disproportioniert. (CH3)2Sn(N3)2 reagiert dann mit R3P weiter zu den N-Dimethylazidostannyl-iminotriorganophosphoranen, (CH3)2N3Sn — N = PR3 (R = CH3, C2H5, C6H5). Trimethylgermanylazid und Dimethylgermanyldiazid liefern mit Trimethylphosphin dagegen ohne Komplikationen die N-Methylgermanyl-iminophosphorane (CH3)3Ge — N = P(CH3)3, (CH3)2N3Ge — N = P(CH3)3 und (CH3)2Ge[ — N = P(CH3)3]2.
