Description:
Article Transcription factor Nr2f2 is linked to high blood pressure in humans and animals. Using hypertensive rats that have been genetically modified to express a mutant Nr2f2 that binds stronger to transcription factor Fog2, the authors show that the interaction between these two proteins is critical for blood pressure regulation.
