    Wirkungen einer Auslandsverschuldung des Staates bei flexiblen Wechselkursen (2021)

    Description: Ausgehend von der zunehmenden quantitativen Bedeutung der Auslandsverschuldung des Staates untersucht der Verfasser zunächst, ob eine derartige Verschuldung in der Lage ist, den inländischen Kapitalmarkt zu entlasten und die Zinsbelastung des Staates zu senken. Anschliessend werden die Auswirkungen auf Volkseinkommen, Beschäftigung und Preisniveau im Inland analysiert. Darüber hinaus wird gefragt, inwieweit die Auslandsverschuldung des Staates in der gegenwärtigen bundesdeutschen Situation als zahlungsbilanzpolitisches Instrument eingesetzt werden kann.

    Description: Designing a contract is often more of an economic than a legal problem. A good contract protects parties against opportunistic behavior while providing motivation to cooperate. This is where economics and, especially contract theory, may prove helpful by enhancing our understanding of incentive issues. The purpose of this book is to provide specific tools which will help to write better contracts in real world environments. Concentrating on moral hazard literature, this book derives a tentative checklist for drafting contracts. As an economic contribution to a field traditionally considered an art rather than a science, this treatment also gives much attention to methodological issues.

    Description: This open access book is about socio-spatial theory in, and the nature of, Nordic geography. From both historical and contemporary perspectives, the book engages with theorisations of geography in the Nordic countries. Including chapters by geographers from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden, it reflects how theories about the relations between the social and the spatial have been developed, adopted and critiqued in Nordic human geography in relation to a wide range of themes, concepts and approaches. The book also traces institutional developments, distinct geographical traditions and intellectual histories, as well as authors’ own experiences as geographers in and beyond the Nordic area. The chapters together introduce and engage with debates and discussions that permeate Nordic geography and allows readers a glimpse of geographical thinking and the role of socio-spatial theory in the Nordic countries.     Description: Écrire la crise ce n'est pas la raconter. C'est montrer comment elle modifie nos manières de raconter. Encore faut-il s'entendre sur le mot lui-même car peut-on appeler crise (du grec « krisis » : changement brutal) cette lente dissolution des valeurs de la modernité qui nous fait entrer dans un « après » informulable, sinon par le terme souvent controversé de postmodernité ? Au-delà des polémiques que suscite cette notion, il s'agit ici de considérer le postmoderne non pas comme une régression anti-moderne mais comme la prise de conscience d'un certain nombre de dévoiements du projet moderne qui nous projettent dans une ère de turbulence dont les arts, et en particulier la littérature, portent la marque. Ainsi considéré, le postmodernisme n'est ni une école, ni une avant-garde. Il témoigne avant tout d'une crise de culture à la transition des deux siècles, qui s'est transformée en culture de la crise, de sorte que, non seulement la pensée, la science et les arts, s'en trouvent affectés, mais de manière plus profonde encore, la société et l'individu. C'est pourquoi cet essai se propose à la fois, d'examiner l'hypothèse postmoderne comme mise en turbulence des valeurs de la modernité, et de définir le postmodernisme en littérature comme une esthétique qui met en relation les configurations sociales et certaines formes d'écriture contemporaine.

    Description: Trotz ihrer gesamtwirtschaftlichen Bedeutung hat die kommunale Investitionstätigkeit nur ein geringes Interesse in der Finanzwissen- schaft gefunden. So ist bis heute weitgehend unbekannt, welche Motive eine Gemeinde veranlassen, Investitionsvorhaben in Angriff zu nehmen. Die Studie kommt an Hand empirischer Untersuchungen zu dem Ergebnis, dass die ökonomische Analyse kommunaler Investitionen nicht nur interessante finanzwissenschaftliche Aspekte eröffnet, sondern auch manche tradierte Vorstellung in Frage stellt.

    Description: Die Arbeit besteht somit aus zwei Hauptteilen. Zunächst werden in den "Vorbemerkungen" die wichtigsten Begriffe gegeneinander abgegrenzt und ein Forschungsüberblick gegeben. Da die Entwicklung der russischen Sprache eng mit den jeweiligen geschichtlichen Ereignissen verknüpft ist, werden im ersten, mehr referierenden Teil die geschichtlichen Voraussetzungen für den Sprachwandel in einem kurzen Überblick dargelegt. Anschließend wird die sprachliche Umbruchsituation charakterisiert. Einen eigenen Abschnitt wird dabei die Einordnung des "Artakserksovo dejstvo" in den literarischen Kontext seiner Zeit bilden. Im zweiten Teil wird der Text des "Artakserksovo dejstvo" sprachlich untersucht.

    Description: The aim of this work is to integrate the West Slavic languages ​​into grammar and language comparisons using modern grammatical approaches. This is done using the example of the imperative sentence in Slovak with a view to other West Slavic languages. This type of sentence is examined for its formal and content-related characteristics. At the same time, its communicative-pragmatic potential is derived and explained from the structural meaning of this mode verbi. The demarcation between the grammar and the pragmatics of the imperative theorem will play an important role here.
    Description: Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die westslawischen Sprachen unter Anwendung moderner grammatiktheoretischer Ansätze in den Grammatik- und Sprachvergleich zu integrieren. Dies erfolgt am Beispiel des Imperativsatzes im Slowakischen mit Blick auf andere westslawische Sprachen. Dieser Satztyp wird hinsichtlich seiner formalen und inhaltlichen Eigenschaften untersucht. Zugleich wird sein kommunikativ-pragmatisches Potential aus der Strukturbedeutung dieses Modus verbi abgeleitet und erklärt. Dabei wird die Grenzziehung zwischen der Grammatik und der Pragmatik des Imperativsatzes eine wichtige Rolle spielen.
