    Simfonije za dve violini in bas = Symphonies for Two Violins and Bass (2022)

    Description: Amandus Ivanschiz (in Slovenian literature “Ivančič”) belongs to a group of today little known 18th-century composers. He was, however, in his own time all over Central Europe well known and largely copied monastic composer. Around 200 compositions survived to this date in various copies now preserved in Slovenian, Croatian, Austrian, Czech, etc. archives. However, only a few of his compositions are available to modern performers. In volume 3 of the Monumenta artis musicae Sloveniae series are published three “Simphoniae” for two violins and bass, i.e. triosonatas, typical for Viennese musical circles of the 1750s and 1760s. The music is accompanied by an introductory presentation of the composer’s works and Revision Report by Danilo Pokorn (1984).The digitized version of the edition (2020) includes a New Introduction as well as Corrigenda by Maciej Jochymczyk bringing to the reader’s attention new information on father Amandus and corrigenda of the earlier edition.
    Description: Amandus Ivanschiz (Ivančič) sodi med danes manj znane skladatelje 18. stoletja, čeprav je bil v svojem času razmeroma močno prisoten v srednjeevropskem glasbenem prostoru. O tem priča ok. 200 njegovih skladb, ki so se v prepisih ohranile širom srednje Evrope: v slovenskih, hrvaških, avstrijskih in čeških arhivih. Izvajalcem in raziskovalcem glasbene kulture je še vedno dostopen le majhen del njegovega opusa. Tretji zvezek zbirke MAMS v sodobni notni izdaji prinaša tri Ivančičeve simfonije za dve violini in bas oz. triosimfonije, kakršne so bile značilne za dunajske skladateljske kroge 50-ih in 60-ih letih 18. stoletja. Zvezek je opremljen z uvodno študijo o življenju in delih patra Amandusa in revizijskim poročilom Danila Pokorna (1984).Digitalizirana po-izdaja iz leta 2020 prinaša dodatni Novi uvod in Corrigenda Macieja Jochymczyka s posodobljenimi podatki o skladatelju in popravki zgodnejšega vedenja.

    Description: In this book, five experienced Nordic L1-didactitians and teacher educators search for their professional roots as pupils, students, teachers, teacher educators, managers and researchers over a period of fifty years. In the form of the scientific essay, various historical professional struggles and processes that may lie behind this professionalisation are examined, partly from a critical perspective: Academisation, theorising, didacticisation, textualisation, and internationalisation, especially within first language (L1), L1 didactics and L1 didactic research. Documentation and discussion of the complex relationship between institutionalised academic operations and personal and collective knowledge development nevertheless constitute a main line in the presentation. The L1 subjects in which the descriptions are anchored are Danish, Finnish Swedish, Norwegian and Swedish. The contributions provide personal, experience-based, historical representations of the development contextualized with the narrators' own research in the field as well as descriptions of general development trends within schools, education, and society. A framing chapter provides methodological and theoretical premises for the texts and a concluding chapter analyses the content of and discusses the outcome of the essays. The book is aimed at anyone who is interested in the development of professional teacher training on a Nordic basis, especially native language and subject didactics. Although Per-Olof Erixon and Sigmund Ongstad are editors, the book has been created in close collaboration with the other contributors, Sven-Erik Hansén, Ellen Krogh, and Jon Smidt.
    Description: I denne boka søker fem erfarne, nordiske morsmålsdidaktikere og lærerutdannere sine faglige røtter som elever, studenter, lærere, lærerutdannere, ledere og forskere over en femtiårsperiode. I det vitenskapelige essayets form undersøkes ulike historiske fagkamper og prosesser som kan ligge bak denne profesjonaliseringen, dels i et kritisk perspektiv: Akademisering, teoretisering, didaktisering, tekstualisering og internasjonalisering, spesielt innen morsmål (L1), morsmålsdidaktikk og morsmålsdidaktisk forskning, men også fagdidaktisk forskning. Dokumentasjon og diskusjon av det komplekse forholdet mellom institusjonalisert akademisk drift og personlig og kollektiv kunnskapsutvikling utgjør likevel en hovedlinje i fremstillingen. De L1-fagene som beskrivelsene forankres i, er dansk, finlandssvensk, norsk og svensk. Bidragene gir personlige, erfaringsbaserte, historiske fremstillinger av utviklingen kontekstualisert med beretternes egen forskning på feltet samt beskrivelser av generelle utviklingstendenser innen skole, utdanning og samfunn.     Description: This edition contains Four Concert Miniatures for Violin and Piano by Oskar Rieding (1846–1916), composed in Celje, shortly before World War I. Although Rieding’s compositions have been an important part of the violin repertoire for decades and have appeared in various reprints by major European publishers, Four Concert Miniatures for Violin and Piano has been overlooked until now. These four musically delightful miniatures form a longer, self-rounded cycle with the movements Tendresse (Tenderness), L’Aveu (Confession), Le Départ (Departure), and Désir ardent (Desire). The composer succeeded in capturing an affectionate ambience through the violin cantilena. In these distinctly lyrical character pieces, he expressed romantic feelings with his emblematic melodic style. The present edition fills the knowledge gap about this composer who was active in Celje, but also enriches the violin repertoire intended for advanced performers.
    Description: Pričujoča notna izdaja prinaša Štiri koncertne miniature za violino in klavir Oskarja Riedinga (1846–1916), ki so nastale v Celju tik pred prvo svetovno vojno. Čeprav Riedingova dela v violinističnem repertoarju že desetletja igrajo pomembno vlogo in se pojavljajo v različnih ponatisih uglednih evropskih glasbenih založniških hiš, so skladateljeve Štiri koncertne miniature za violino in klavir ostale prezrte. Skladbe so muzikalno izjemno zanimive in tvorijo daljši ter s premišljenim vsebinskim lokom zaokroženi ciklus, sestavljen iz stavkov Tendresse (Nežnost), L’Aveu (Priznanje), Le Départ (Odhod) in Désir ardent (Hrepenenje). V izrazito spevnih in ekspresivnih miniaturah je skladatelju skozi violinsko kantileno uspelo ujeti čustveno razpoloženje ljubezenskih doživetij. V teh izrazito liričnih skladbah se je izpovedno izrazil v svojem značilnem melodičnem slogu. Pričujoča izdaja zapolnjuje vrzel v poznavanju tega v Celju delujočega skladatelja in bogati violinski repertoar tudi na zahtevnejši stopnji.

    Description: Zbornik vključuje besedila treh temeljnih avtorjev zgodovine znanosti in filozofije francoskega razsvetljenstva. Georges-Louis Leclerc de Buffon (1707–1788), največji prirodopisec osemnajstega stoletja, se v uvodni razpravi svojega monumentalnega Prirodopisa (1749–1788) zavzema za specifičnost znanosti o življenju, v poglavju “Osel« pa ponudi presenetljivo izdelan pojem evolucije. Newtonski fizik Pierre-Louis Moreau de Maupertuis (1698–1759) v Eseju o nastajanju organiziranih teles (1754) sistematično in na eksperimentalni osnovi opredeljuje načela dedovanja in se s tem umešča med napovedovalce Mendlove genetike. Enciklopedist Denis Diderot (1713–1784) v Mislih o interpretaciji narave (1754) v slogu Francisa Bacona analizira položaj znanosti v svojem času kakor tudi logiko znanstvenega raziskovanja samega. Vsi avtorji v središče svoje refleksije postavljajo znanost o življenju – biologijo. Pretresajo njene temelje in metodo ter se zavzemajo za njen razvoj. S tem korenito preoblikujejo znanstveno razumevanje živega ter metode preučevanja živih bitij in življenjskih procesov.

    Description: Delo se loteva vprašanja aktualnosti pojma subjekta v filozofiji in politiki skozi analizo tistih avtorjev, ki so ga domnevno najbolj radikalno pokopali: pokaže, da vznik radikalno novega in problematika subjekta zavzema osrednje mesto v Deleuzovi filozofiji, kakor tudi v Lyotardovi pozni misli posvečeni praznini, v Foucaultovi obravnavi biopolitike in biooblasti, v delu Negrija in Hardta o Imperiju, ter nazadnje v Badioujevi predelavi temeljnih filozofskih kategorij biti, resnice in subjekta, na osnovi katerih je dandanes znova možna renesansa filozofije. Ta ima po Badiouju štiri razsežnosti, ki se v delu Vznik subjekta nenehno prepletajo: »V osnovi želja filozofije implicira razsežnost upora: ni filozofije brez nezadovoljstva mišljenja v njegovem soočenju s svetom, kakršen je. Pa vendar želja filozofije vključuje tudi logiko: to je, prepričanje v moč argumenta in uma.«

Slawistentagung der Universitäten Klagenfurt und Ljubljana" (Klagenfurt, 26.-28. Mai 1983). Den Hauptteil des Bandes bilden die Beiträge zum Rahmenthema der Tagung "Protestantismus bei den Slowenen". Darüber hinaus wurden auch jene Tagungsbeiträge aufgenommen, die zwar thematisch außerhalb des Rahmenthemas liegen, jedoch einen Einblick in die slowenistische Forschungstätigkeit an den beiden Universitätsorten geben. 〈/P〉

    Description: Knjiga obravnava nekatera pojmovanja odnosa med telesom in filozofijo v 17. in 18. stoletju, natančneje v okazionalizmu, francoskem materializmu in britanskem utilitarizmu. Razdelek o okazionalizmu med drugim obravnava Malebranchevo pojmovanje telesa prvega človeka, ki je določalo njegova filozofska prepričanja, to pa celo do te mere, da je sprememba v njegovi fiziologiji, do katere je prišlo ob grehu, usodno zaznamovala ves nadaljnji potek zgodovine filozofije. Razdelek o materializmu poskuša rekonstruirati filozofijo, ki jo razvija sámo telo, ki je pri Diderotu dobesedno prišlo do besede. Trdno prepričan, da telo ve o samem sebi več, kot ve duh o njem, Diderot razvije filozofijo materializma kot govor telesa o samem sebi. Razdelek o utilitarizmu pa med drugim obravnava Benthamovo filozofijo telesa po smrti in sámo telo, katerega posmrtna usoda je rezultat te filozofije, namreč filozofovo lastno ohranjeno telo oziroma tako imenovano avto-ikono, ki je bilo v očeh utilitarističnega modreca tisto, ki bo po smrti »njegov lastni jaz«.

    Description: Aristotelova Druga analitika, eno izmed del, ki tvorijo sklop njegovih logiških spisov, imenovan Organon, velja v dolgi tradiciji evropske misli za prvo fokusirano razmišljanje s področja teorije in filozofije znanosti. Če je Prva analitika postregla z analizo silogizma kot obliko logičnega sklepanja, se je v njenem »nadaljevanju« Aristotel soočil z vprašanjem, kako slednje uporabiti v znanosti (epistēmē) in ga povezal s tem, kdaj kaj vemo in kakšni so pogoji za njen obstoj. Pri tem izhaja iz stališča, da kaj vemo takrat, ko vemo, zakaj je tisto, kar vemo, nujno takšno~razlago razume kot dokaz o tem. Ta ima zato strukturo sklepanja, osrednja vprašanja v Drugi analitiki pa so zato povezana z opredelitvami znanosti oz. znanstvenega razumevanja, dokaza, definicije in npr. vzročnosti. Delo, napisano z nezgrešljivo natančnostjo in »analitičnostjo« antičnega filozofskega velemojstra, v slovenski prostor vnaša potrebno svežino dragocene zgodovinske perspektive za vse, ki se ukvarjajo s področji epistemologije, logike ali npr. znanstvene metodologije.

    Description: Galileovo delo Dialog o dveh glavnih sistemih sveta, ptolemajskem in kopernikanskem iz leta 1632, »kopernikanski manifest« in eno najslavnejših del iz zgodovine znanosti, je pomemben mejnik v zgodovini človeške misli. V njem trije sogovorniki, pronicljivi Salviati, pošteni Sagredo in preprosti aristotelik Simplicij v štiridnevnem pogovoru razpravljajo o obeh sistemih sveta ter pretresajo njune prednosti in slabosti. Galileo v Dialogu obravnava tri glavne teme. Najprej skuša pokazati, da na Zemlji izvedljivi poskusi ne morejo pokazati niti njene negibnosti niti njenega gibanja. Nato preučuje nebesne pojave (Sončeve pege, gore na Luni …), da bi utrdil »kopernikansko hipotezo«. In nazadnje predlaga »duhovito domislico« o plimovanju morja, ki ga je mogoče pojasniti, samo če dopustimo, da se Zemlja giblje.

    Description: Knjiga prinaša poglobljeno študijo o prvi Galileovi »kopernikanski bitki«, ki je potekala v letih 1609–1611, ko je Galileo s pomočjo nedavno odkritega daljnogleda prišel do novih spoznanj, ki so govorila v prid kopernikanskemu »sistemu sveta« ali vsaj proti tedaj splošno sprejeti aristotelovski kozmologiji: od gor in dolin na Luni preko štirih Jupitrovih spremljevalcev do Venerinih faz. Študijo dopolnjuje dvojezična (latinsko-slovenska) izdaja Zvezdnega glasnika (Sidereus nuncius), ki je izšel leta 1609, v katerem je Galileo javnosti prvič poročal o svojih odkritjih, prevod Keplerjevega spisa Razgovor z Zvezdnim glasnikom (Disertatio cum cum nuncio sidereo) iz leta 1610 in izbrana pisma, napisana v obdobju med letoma 1597–1611, povezana z osupljivimi Galileovimi nebesnimi odkritji, spremljajočimi okoliščinami in polemikami, ki so jih spodbudila.

    Description: How are school meals organized in the Scandinavian countries? And in what ways can new pedagogical practice lead to better school meal programs for students and a better understanding of the importance, for health and sustainable development, of the food offered through schools? Learning Through Food and Meals in Primary School takes a look at school meal programs in Denmark, Sweden and Norway with the objective of providing educators and teacher-education students an understanding of school meals from public health and nutritional perspectives, as well as a sense of the potential for teaching through school meals. The book is written in Danish, Swedish and Norwegian, and is structured in three parts, presenting new research from each of the three countries. Thematically, the chapters range from studies of different school meal initiatives to analyses of the social, democratic, and pedagogical significance of school meals. Through the different contributions, the book presents both experiences of how teaching through food can be done in a practical sense and an argument for its importance in an overall pedagogical and didactic perspective. The book will be relevant for anyone who is interested in food and meals served in primary schools, such as teachers, researchers, politicians and school administrators. The authors include researchers, educators and primary school administrators. Learning Through Food and Meals in Primary School has been edited by Dorte Ruge (UCL University College, Denmark), Frøydis Nordgård Vik (University of Agder, Norway), and Johanna Björklund and Sara Frödén (Örebro University, Sweden).     Description: Prvi svetovni atlas v slovenskem jeziku je v obdobju med letoma 1869 in 1877 po listih izdajala Slovenska matica. Redakcijo so zaupali znanemu jezikoslovcu in pravniku Mateju Cigaletu (1819–1889), ki je opravil izjemno delo. V novi izdaji je faksimilom osemnajstih zemljevidov dodana monografija – sedem temeljitih znanstvenih študij z rezultati proučevanj predvsem političnih in družbenih razmer, ki so vzpodbudile in omogočile izid Atlanta, okoliščin njegovega nastanka, problemov, ki so se porajali ob izvedbi, kartografskih tehnik, ki so bile tedaj uveljavljene in Cigaletovega pristopa k slovenjenju tujih zemljepisnih imen. Spremna monografija je dopolnjena z imenskim kazalom, v katerem je zajetih 28.075 zemljepisnih imen z vseh zemljevidov.

    Description: The book (' The Energy Needs Of Humanity Through Time: From The Industrial Revolution To Type I Civilization') is about global consumption of energy and its impact on our planet. Energy demand is a quite dynamic phenomenon and depends heavily on technological development, which is particularly evident during industrial revolutions, which had improved the quality of life for the inhabitants, but lead to increase in energy consumption. However~the economic progress did not account for tangible physical limits of our planet, which manifested in rise in greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere and a rapid increase in average annual global temperature. The consequences of this type of behavior are clear – future global warming, rising sea levels and direct threat to vast, low-lying areas, as well as a rapid increase in the number and consequences of extreme weather events such as storms, prolonged rainfall, and the like. A path toward less energy intense future requires rapid reductions of fossil fuels usage but also a radical shift towards larger energy efficiency. The book is intended as a source of key data showing how we have arrived at the current state of energy consumption and understanding of climate change.
    Description: Knjiga govori o globalni porabi energije in njenem vplivu na planet. Energetske potrebe so izrazito dinamičen pojav, ki je odvisen od tehnološkega razvoja, kar je najbolj opazno skozi industrijske revolucije, v katerih novi izdelki in tehnologije, ki načeloma izboljšujejo kakovost življenja prebivalcem, hkrati tudi povečujejo porabo energije. Ob vedno večjem gospodarskemu napredku ne upoštevamo fizikalnih omejitev našega planeta, zato narašča količina toplogrednih plinov v ozračju, razmeroma hitro se povečujejo povprečne letne temperature planeta. Posledice takšnega delovanja tudi v prihodnje so jasne – nadaljnje segrevanje planeta, porast gladine morja in neposredna ogroženost obširnih nižje ležečih območij, hitro povečevanje števila izjemnih vremenskih dogodkov z vse hujšimi posledicami, kot so viharji, dolgotrajna deževja in podobno. Prehod v energetsko manj intenzivno prihodnost zahteva hitro radikalno odpoved fosilnim gorivom, a tudi precejšnje znižanje porabe vse energije. Knjiga vsebuje ključne podatki, ki kažejo, kako smo prišli do današnje stopnje porabe energije in razumevanja podnebnih sprememb.

    Description: Die Teilung Schleswigs nach Volksabstimmungen im Jahre 1920 hatte langfristige Folgen nördlich und südlich der neuen Grenze. Viele wurden durch Agitation und Abstimmung tief beeindruckt, sogar die Archive des Gebiets mussten geteilt werden. Nordschleswig wurde als ein Teil des Königreichs Dänemarks einverleibt. Diese wurde von einem nordschleswigschen Ministerium vorbereitet und kam bei der Konstruktion der Grenze sowie in Schule und Kirche zum Ausdruck. Die deutsche Minderheit widersetzte sich der Integration und während der Krisenjahre entstanden extreme politische Bewegungen. Diese Folgen werden in diesem Buch thematisiert, das ein Ergebnis einer deutsch-dänischen Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Landesarchiv Schleswig-Holstein und dem Rigsarkivet Aabenraa mit dem Studienzentrum für die Geschichte Schleswigs ist.

    Description: The third, online Slovenian edition of the History of Historiographic Thought combines all the original texts of the first (2006) and second (2016) editions as well as some new ones. It is an answer to the specific needs of the community of readers, especially teachers and students of history and related sciences. The book covers over two and a half millennia long history of the evolution of historiography since its earliest beginnings~new (and in some cases old) translations of selected chapters of the major works of Western historical thought, accompanying chapters and biographical sketches form an outline of the development of historiography in Greek and Roman antiquity (including some basic texts of non-historians), a comprehensive review of medieval authors with special emphasis on the Byzantine and Renaissance historiography, followed by a thoughtful selection of early and modern authors. The excerpts from their most influential reflections on the meanings of historiography define the historiography of the Enlightenment, confronts the national and positivist interpretations of the past, presents sources of the so-called new historiography and assesses the impact of postmodernism on the development of past ten years in historiography and the creation of a new cultural history, which inaugurated the 21st century.

Zgodovino in biografijo združuje prispevek Mojce Horvat o življenju prve mariborske zdravnice Klare Kukovec, zgodovinsko-etnološka študija Daše Koprivec pa izpostavlja uveljavljeno podobo aleksandrinke kot dojilje. Tri raziskave zgodovino povezujejo z umetnostjo – Gašper Cerkovnik se ukvarja s knjižnimi lesorezi Albrechta Dürerja in njegovega kroga, Katarina Šter poskuša pojasniti, kako je zvenela liturgična glasba v srednjeveški kartuziji Žiče, Alexis Bennett pa išče povezavo med filmsko glasbo in pojavom obujanja stare glasbe. Z metodološkega vidika se zgodovine loteva prispevek Miha Seručnika o uporabi sodobnih računalniških orodij pri obdelavi gradiva za zgodovinopisje.

Mojca Kovačič se v svojem prispevku sprašuje o mejah in svobodi pri ustvarjanju ljudske glasbe. Géza Pálffy piše o obrambi pred Turki in vojaški kartografiji v habsburški monarhiji na področju Madžarske, Hrvaške in Slavonije v 16. stoletju. Prispevek Arna Strohmeyerja se ukvarja z mirovno misijo, na katero je kot vodja cesarskega veleposlaništva k Visoki porti leta 1719 odpotoval plemič iz spodnjega Porenja Damian Hugo von Virmont. Raymond Miller se posveča mestu Jerneja Kopitarja v srednjeevropskem prostoru v začetku 19. stoletja. Andrej Stopar razpravlja o ruskem odnosu do polpretekle zgodovine, predvsem o odnosu do Stalina. Jure Zupan pa piše o pomenski mreži slovenskih glagolov, ki jo sestavlja približno 15.500 slovenskih glagolov, združenih v 1011 pomenskih skupin.

    Description: The volume Historični seminar 14 ('Historical Seminar 14'), issued in the time of transformed reality of what we knew and took for granted, draws attention to the fact that the image we cultivate of ourselves and our history may sometimes be too simplified to be entirely real. At first, the volume both revises already known chapters of Church history and introduces hitherto unknown ones. Simon Malmenvall’s analysis of the characters of the noble martyrs Boris and Gleb, Jovan Vladimir, and Magnus Erlendsson shows how the stories of their martyrdom had a nation-building function. Celeste McNamara’s article on Giovanni Barbarigo introduces the unusual and less well-known topic of seventeenth-century missions. Monika Deželak Trojar analyzes in detail Johann Ludwig Schönleben’s German and Latin Lenten sermons. Aleš Maver’s article discusses why Latin disappeared so quickly from Slovenian churches after the Second Vatican Council. On the other hand, the pre-modern religious practices of nature worshippers in Slovenia are discussed by Cirila Toplak. Modern times and also more political issues are examined by Tomaž Ivešić who focuses on the increase in ethnic tensions in Yugoslavia in the early 1970s, while Aleksandar Takovski traces the historical representation of heroic figures in four former Yugoslav countries.
    Description: Historični seminar 14 prihaja v nenavadnem času, ko se svet spreminja pred našimi očmi. Da bi bolje razumeli sedanjost, je treba (na novo) ovrednotiti tudi preteklost in sedem zanimivih člankov domačih in tujih raziskovalcev, ki so bili najprej predstavljeni v ciklu predavanj Historični seminar na ZRC SAZU, zgodovino prikazuje v novi luči. Simon Malmenvall je analiziral like vladarskih mučencev Borisa in Gleba, Jovana Vladimirja in Magnusa Erlendssona, Celeste McNamara pa je pisala o padovanskem škofu Giovanniju Barbarigu in predstavila misijone v 17. stoletju. Aleš Maver je na slikovit način predstavil razloge, zakaj se je latinščina po 2. vatikanskem cerkvenem zboru tako hitro izgubila iz slovenskih cerkva.     Description: The volume Historični seminar 13 ('Historical Seminar 13') offers a selection of articles that have been “filtered” through the cycle of lectures over the past two years. These articles were written by ten researchers from Slovenia, Austria, Croatia, and Germany. Historični seminar 13 continues to examine its origin in the humanities by looking at history and describing the past, with perspectives that are also directed toward other disciplines: geography, comparative literature, ethnomusicology, and cultural anthropology. However, it always maintains a critical distance, which is emphasized in various ways because many of the articles question previous assumptions of past studies and their subjective points of departure. In this manner, this volume makes an important contribution to critical thought about scholarship in general and about the future tasks of the humanities and the social sciences. At the same time, it adds an increasingly current ethical touch to much of its material. Historični seminar 13 is freely available online.
    Description: Historični seminar 13 prinaša izbor devetih razprav, ki jih je prispevalo deset slovenskih, avstrijskih, hrvaških in nemških strokovnjakov. V interdisciplinarnem prepletu humanističnih in družboslovnih ved izstopajo različni pogledi na zgodovino, v motrenje tega, kar je bilo, s pogledi, usmerjenimi tudi v geografijo, komparativistiko, etnomuzikologijo, kulturno antropologijo. A nikakor ne brez kritične distance, ki je v pričujoči monografiji na različne načine še posebej poudarjena, saj številni članki preizprašujejo predpostavke do sedaj že opravljenih raziskav in nujno subjektivna izhodišča, ki posameznike vodijo pri njihovih ugotovitvah (in jih seveda najdemo povsod, le da so v humanističnih vedah morda še bolj na očeh). Na ta način Historični seminar 13 lahko pomembno prispeva h kritični misli o znanosti ter o prihodnjih nalogah humanistike in družboslovja, obenem pa marsikateri vsebini dodaja tudi vse bolj aktualno etično noto. Monografija, ki jo bo v roke z veseljem vzel marsikateri bralec, je prosto dostopna tudi na spletu.

Prispevek Gentiane Kera analizira povezavo med porokami, vodenjem gospodinjstev in demografskimi težavami, ki so vplivale na nastanek in strukturo gospodinjstev v Tirani. Mojca Žagar Karer analizira razlike med terminološkimi slovarji, leksikoni in enciklopedijami. Anja Benko pregledno predstavi razvoj in stanje slovenske narečne leksikografije ter predlaga model za izdelavo narečnega slikovnega slovarja. Silvo Torkar pa piše o slovenskih zemljepisnih imenih, ki so tvorjena iz slovanskih antroponimov.

    Description: V razvitem svetu je depresija ena najpogostejših duševnih motenj. Prizadene lahko kogarkoli in močno ovira vsakodnevno delovanje. Depresija je ozdravljiva, mogoče jo je preprečiti, predvsem pa je mogoče doseči, da se ne ponovi. Bipolarna motnja razpoloženja je prav tako pogosta in mnogokrat jo zamenjamo za druge duševne motnje. Spada med resne duševne motnje, vendar jo je mogoče uspešno zdraviti, preprečevati ponovitve in človek lahko z njo živi povsem običajno in uspešno. O duševnih motnjah še vedno ne zmoremo v naši družbi odkrito in brezskrbno govoriti, saj jih spremljajo stigma, sram, nerazumevanje in močan strah. Ljudje zato pogosto odlašajo z iskanjem strokovne pomoči, si skušajo pomagati sami in se včasih zatekajo tudi k neustreznim rešitvam. Zato priročnik o prepoznavanju in obvladovanju depresije in bipolarne motnje razpoloženja, s pomočjo osebnih zgodb običajnih ljudi pojasnjuje, kako poteka prepoznavanje teh dveh motenj, kakšno je življenje z njima ter kakšne so možnosti za samopomoč in zdravljenje.

Personality disorders cause everyone a lot of suffering, anger and disappointment, manifesting in every dimension of the human experience, but the behavior of a person with a personality disorder and the responses from the environment are actually a lot more predictable than you might imagine. In order to present this demanding and little-known topic to the widest range of readers, the handbook uses stories of everyday people to illustrate how their experiences of personality disorders intertwine with stress, mood disorders and problems with addiction. It also presents the process of identifying individual personality disorders and various options of self-help and recovery.     Description: Ko govorimo o osebnostnih motnjah, se ljudje navadno odzovejo zelo čustveno. Največkrat se pojavijo boleča in neprijetna čustva. Tisti, ki so vpeti v odnos z osebo z izkušnjo osebnostne motnje, praviloma ne vedo, s čim se soočajo, občutijo pa nelagodje, obup, žalost, jezo in depresijo in dvomijo o lastnem doživljanju in dojemanju sveta. Bližnje osebe se pogosto počutijo, kot da bi bile »ujete v klobčič odnosa«, ki se kar naprej zapleta, ne pa razpleta. Osebnostne motnje povzročajo vsem veliko trpljenja, jeze in razočaranja in se kažejo v vseh razsežnostih človekovega bivanja, vendar so vedenje osebe z izkušnjo osebnostne motnje in odzivi okolice bolj pričakovani in predvidljivi, kot bi si lahko predstavljali. Da bi to zahtevno in pri ljudeh premalo poznano tematiko čim bolj približali najširšemu krogu bralcev, je v priročniku z zgodbami običajnih ljudi prikazan preplet njihovih izkušenj osebnostnih motenj, stresa, motenj razpoloženja in težav zaradi zasvojenosti.     Description: A handbook for managing psychosocial risks and absenteeism with e-OPSA tool' is an integral part of the new, freely available tool aimed at management of psychosocial risks and health-related absenteeism (e-OPSA~www.opsa.si). The general version e-OPSA is intended for employees in various sectors (education, training, manufacturing, ICT, trade, catering, transport, construction, agriculture, etc.). Besides introducing the problem of psychosocial burdens experienced by employees at their workplace and beyond, this handbook can be used as a useful instrument for designing a various promotional and preventive arrangements which bettering employees’ health and well-being in their working settings, as suggested by recent guidelines for psychosocial risks management. A handbook is based on interactive chapters, including also numerous links to supportive health promotion websites in order to facilitate the preparation of adequate measures and related activities, commonly carried out by professionals in the field of health and safety at work. A special chapter is dedicated to instructions for working with an online tool e-OPSA tool, enabling an assessment of employees’ psychosocial burdens and risks of developing an excessive stress, absenteeism, presenteeism, turnover and experiencing of workplace violence.

    Description: Na stresne okoliščine se vsi odzivamo podobno. Stres je normalno odzivanje na spremenjene okoliščine in sam po sebi ni duševna ali telesna motnja, pogosto pa je sprožilni dejavnik za vrsto duševnih in telesnih motenj. Krepitev duševnega zdravja in preprečevanje nastanka duševnih motenj temelji predvsem na povečevanju odpornosti na stres in reševanju vsakodnevnih težav na način, da se stres zmanjšuje. O duševnih motnjah vemo bistveno manj kot o prehladu, sladkorni bolezni ali drugih zdravstvenih težavah, poleg tega jih še vedno spremljajo stigma, sram, nerazumevanje in močan strah. Številni zato odlašajo z iskanjem pomoči, si skušajo pomagati sami ali se zatekajo k neustreznim rešitvam. V priročniku je posvečena posebna pozornost prepletenosti stresa in motenj razpoloženja ter pojasnilom, kaj se dogaja v našem telesu, ko je v stresu in kakšne so lahko dolgoročne posledice. S pomočjo osebnih zgodb običajnih ljudi je predstavljeno, kako poteka prepoznavanje anksioznih motenj, kakšne so razlike med različnimi vrstami anksioznih motenj ter kakšne možnosti so na voljo za samopomoč in zdravljenje.

Besides introducing the problem of psychosocial burdens experienced by employees at their workplace and beyond, this handbook can be used as a useful instrument for designing a various promotional and preventive arrangements which bettering employees’ health and well-being in their working settings, as suggested by recent guidelines for psychosocial risks management. A handbook is based on interactive chapters, including also numerous links to supportive health promotion websites in order to facilitate the preparation of adequate measures and related activities, commonly carried out by professionals in the field of health and safety at work. A special chapter is dedicated to instructions for working with the Excel file of OPSA tool, enabling an assessment of employees’ psychosocial burdens and risks of developing an excessive stress, absenteeism, presenteeism, turnover and experiencing of workplace violence.

Its structure enables everyone to organise dialogues in various communities: at home, at school, in the workplace, among friends, etc. The manual is designed for everyone who strives to reduce stigma and discrimination through an open discussion. It is aimed at concrete action, at change. The booklet comprises two parts. The first part combines the lived experience of stigma and discrimination by people with mental health difficulties, on the one hand, and informed knowledge on the issue by the research group of the OMRA programme, on the other hand. This part further brings an explanation of the terms stigma and discrimination, and their relationship, as well as how both phenomena impact our wellbeing and behaviour, and what meaning is ascribed to them by various communities.
    Description: Priročnik prinaša nekaj idej za oblikovanje pogovora o stigmi in diskriminaciji v duševnem zdravju. Napisan je tako, da lahko pogovor organizira kdorkoli v kakršnikoli skupnosti: doma, v šoli, na delovnem mestu, med prijatelji itd. Namenjena je vsakomur, ki bi se s pogovorom o stigmi in diskriminaciji rad lotil konkretnega dejanja za njuno zmanjševanje, torej za spremembo. Knjižica obsega dva dela. Prvi del združuje živeto izkušnjo stigme in diskriminacije ljudi s težavami v duševnem zdravju in poučenost raziskovalne ekipe programa OMRA o teh pojavih. Prinaša razlago pojmov stigme, diskriminacije in njune povezanosti, kako pojava vplivata na naše počutje in vedenje in kakšen pomen imata za skupnost. Drugi del priročnika daje predloge in pripomočke za začetek izvajanja pogovorov o duševnem zdravju in zniževanju stigme in diskriminacije. Napisan je tako, da lahko kdorkoli po želji organizira delavnice tako, da združuje in prilagodi skupek predlaganih vaj vsakokratnim okoliščinam.

    Description: "The overall purpose of this study was to examine how a transformative and community psychological approach could affect a socially challenged neighbourhood and participants´ perceptions of involvement (young boys, 12–16 years). A social research experiment lasting 2 years was co-created between researchers, practitioners and participants. A multi-method approach was used to ensure that thorough and socially robust knowledge was produced. Methods used included questionnaires, interviews, fieldwork and observations. Although several notable results emerged throughout the intervention period, the most important results were related to the significance of the overall approach regarding these results. Despite the challenges faced by researchers, when engaging youth at the margins of society in a co-creation process, the approach seemed valuable. Giving the participants the possibility to engage themselves, through empowerment initiatives, seems to be a confounding reason for the success of the project. Hence, this article will focus upon the benefits of using a community psychological approach when working with exercise psychology in a socially deprived community."
    Description: "Det overordnede formål med dette studie var at undersøge, hvordan en handlingsrettet og community psykologisk tilgang påvirkede et socialt udsat boligområde og deltagernes opfattelse af sig selv og hinanden (unge drenge, 12–16 år). I den forbindelse blev der samskabt (co-created) et socialt eksperiment over en toårig periode imellem forsker, praktikere og deltagere. En multi-method tilgang blev anvendt for at sikre socialt robust viden. Metoderne omfattede spørgeskemaer, interviews, feltarbejde og observationer. Gennem interventionsperioden blev der rapporteret flere resultater på baggrund af projektet, men vigtigst synes at være den community psykologiske tilgangs betydning for disse resultater. Den valgte tilgang kan anses for at have været det centrale fundament for projektets succes i forhold til at engagere unge drenge på kanten af samfundet i en fælles skabelsesproces. I denne artikel fokuseres på fordelene ved at benytte en community psykologisk tilgang, når man ønsker at arbejde med idrætspsykologi i et socialt udsat boligområde."

    Description: The Slovenian constitution guarantees local self-government to all inhabitants and local self-government can be executed in municipalities and other local communities. Although municipalities are foundational units of local self-government, they experience some very basic problems since the re-establishment in the middle of 1990s; those problems are closely connected with inadequate exercise of subsidiarity and connection principles from in 1996 ratified European charter of local self-government. Slovenia has larger number of undersized municipalities that report problems with normative overload and their administrative incapacity. According to the findings of empirical study presented in the paper, the latter is often the case in municipalities smaller than 5000 inhabitants. The authors are also analysing inadequately defined scope of municipal jurisdiction; Slovenian municipalities are currently responsible for local affairs that affect only municipal inhabitants, and that narrow scope of jurisdiction is in many cases causing problems in managing the municipality, especially in cases of smaller municipalities.

    Description: "The present case study investigates stress and recovery of the Danish national under- 20 ice hockey players during a training camp and the following World Championship. The aims were to track their stress-recovery states longitudinally, and to map their main sources of stress and recovery. Methods included a survey, qualitative interviews and a coach diary. Results showed well-balanced stress-recovery states during the entire period, and the athletes stated that this positively affected their well-being, and performance. The athletes’ perceived sources of stress and recovery were classified into organizational, social, personal and athletic, with the organizational decisions and strategies playing a major role in reducing unnecessary stress and providing a good setting for engaging in recovery. The results lead us to suggest that coaches and managers be very mindful of the potential influence of their decisions on the athletes’ stress and recovery when preparing training camps and participation in major competitions."
    Description: "I dette studie undersøgte vi de danske U-20 ishockeyspilleres stress og genopladning under en længerevarende træningslejr og det efterfølgende verdensmesterskab. Formålet var at følge udviklingen i spillernes stress-og genopladningsbalance samt at kortlægge deres oplevede kilder til stress og genopladning. Vi foretog dataindsamling via et spørgeskema, kvalitative interviews og en trænerdagbog. Resultaterne viste, at spillerne var i positiv stressgenopladningsbalance, hvilket i deres oplevelse havde en positiv indvirkning på deres trivsel og præstationer. Vi kunne inddele spillernes oplevede kilder til stress og genopladning i organisatoriske, sociale, personlige og sportslige, hvor beslutninger og strategier på organisatorisk niveau viste sig at spille en afgørende rolle i at reducere unødig stress og skabe gode rammer for genopladning. Med baggrund i resultaterne anbefaler vi, at trænere og sportschefer nøje overvejer, hvordan deres beslutninger og planlægning af træningslejre og konkurrencer potentielt har stor indflydelse på deres atleters stress og genopladning."

    Description: The present book provides a concise overview of relevant studies in the field of financing sustainable development in communities, innovation and public private partnership, with special stress on analogy between smart cities and smart municipalities. The research generated till now the most the complete and entire repository of data connected to project financing in municipalities, the number and competences of clerks, innovation and public private partnership in Slovenian municipalities in years 2005 till 2012. It scopes one quarter of municipalities and one fifth of Slovenian population. In total of 200 hypotheses were tested for significance of number or shares of projects with different ways of financing with influential factors such as region, the number of clerks, the number of competent and high educated clerks, municipal experiences with public private partnership, cooperation between municipalities and experiences with innovation. The hypotheses were tested for each year. Effects of selected factors in the period often vary from year to year. We have explained the possible causes for the difference in power factor.

    Description: Risk in banking business can not be avoided because the latter is strongly embedded in the very nature of it and banks should therefore be aware of the importance of effective risk management, encompassing the identification, measurement and assessment of each type of risk. Risk management can be important source of gaining competitive advantage and a way to survive in the world of banking. One of the most important risk in bank is the credit risk. Credit risk can be defined as the potential that a bank borrower or counterparty will fail to meet its obligations. The goal of credit risk management is to maximise bank´s risk-adjusted rate of return by maintaining credit risk exposure within acceptable parameters. Banks need to manage the credit risk inherent in the entire portfolio as well as the risk in invidual credits of transaction. Banks should also consider the relationships between credit risk and other risks. The effective management of credit risk is a comprehensive component of a comprehensive approach to risk management and essential to the long-term success of bank. Risk management is usualy regulated by bank directives, prescriptions, where the most important in Slovenia is the Law about banking with under law acts.

    Description: Danske 4.-klasseelevers læsekompetence har aldrig været lavere. Det viser resultaterne af Progress in International Reading Literacy Study (PIRLS) fra 2021. Der er flere elever, der har svært ved at læse, og for de svageste læsere er det endnu sværere end tidligere. Andelen af dygtige læsere er den samme som i tidligere undersøgelser, men næsten 25 procent af de danske 4.-klasseelever kan hverken fortolke, læse mellem linjerne eller læse kildekritisk.Samtidig er elevernes læseglæde faldet, og Danmark er – sammen med Norge – det land i hele undersøgelsen, som har færrest elever, der rigtig godt kan lide at læse. Flere elever har lav tiltro til deres egen læseforståelse, og både eleverne og deres forældre læser sjældnere i deres fritid.Danske elevers læsekompetence i 4. klasse præsenterer resultaterne af PIRLS 2021-undersøgelsen og fortæller om undersøgelsens baggrund og formål samt om udviklingen i elevernes læsekompetence fra 2006 og til i dag. Resultaterne peger på, at der fortsat er brug for en fælles indsats for at styrke elevernes læsning i skole og i fritid

    Description: Book, written in Slovene, discusses the legal content and scope of the concept of discriminatory harassment, which is deemed to be an unlawful discrimination under modern EU non-discrimination law, in the context of implementation of provisions of relevant EU directives in legal systems of the United Kingdom and Ireland. the two most important EU non-discrimination directives, adopted under Article 13 of the Treaty Establishing the European Community (now Article 19 of the treaty on the Functioning of the European union) - Racial Equality Directive (Directive 2000/43/EC) and Employment Framework Directive (Directive 2000/78/EC) - explicity mention harassment as prohibited form of discrimination. Legal definitions contained in these two directives define harassment as discriminationdiscrimination itself. Prior to the transposition of the EU non-discrimination directives into their laws, while few member states tackled this issue either within the context of the law on equal treatment (e.g. Denmark, the United Kingdom and Ireland) or outside this context (e.g. France), that is in the framework of criminal, civil, health and safety or employment legislation. As a result of the implementation of relevant provisions of the two main non-discrimination directives (Directives 200/43/EC and 200/78/EC) a definition of harassment has been included in legislations of all EU member states. In most member states such legislative definition is a literal copy of the definition of harrasment that can be found in the Directives 2000/43/EC and 2000/78/EC. The approach to the definition of harassment that appears to be the most "generous" from the perspective of victims of discriminatory harrasment is the one that was taken by British legislator. Such legal position in respect of the prohibition of discrimination has been developed in British case law and is based on the extensive interpretation of non-discrimination laws.

    Hidden Transfers of Assets and Hidden Payouts of Profit (2021)

    Description: The concept of "hidden payout of profit” is characteristic for tax law, but inappropriate for corporate law, although it became deep-rooted in this field by practice. Within the context of corporate law it is not only about the problem of profit payouts, but also about the protection of the so-called tied up assets of a capital company within the so-called principle of capital preservation. The purpose of the corporate legislation is to prevent inadmissible interferences of shareholders or associates in the company's assets. Unlike corporate law, the purpose of tax law is to protect (fiscal) interests of the state, primarily to protect the tax base of the company as an independent and only subject to taxation, therefore the payouts of profit don’t have an effect on the amount of the tax base, irrespective of whether the company pays out the profit in an open or hidden way. Hidden payouts of profit - as the open ones - do not reduce the tax base for income. The subject of the discussion are both aspects - the corporate aspect of hidden transfers of assets and the tax aspects of hidden transfers of assets within the law of joint-stock companies and limited liability companies.

    Description: Med “paradigmeskiftet" i dansk udlændingepolitik i februar 2019 er alle flygtninges ophold blevet af midlertidig karakter. Udlændingemyndigheder skal nu gå til grænsen af Danmarks internationale forpligtelser i deres vurderinger af opholdstilladelser og ikke vægte flygtninges tilknytning til landet i samme grad som tidligere. Flygtninge skal sendes tilbage til deres oprindelsesland, så snart det er muligt, og hvis de ikke vil rejse frivilligt, må de flytte ind på et udrejsecenter, indtil de kan deporteres. Paradigmeskiftet markerer på den ene side et radikalt nybrud i dansk flygtningepolitik, men må på den anden side forstås i forlængelse af de sidste årtiers restriktive politik på udlændinge- og integrationsområdet.Denne bog er den første til systematisk at belyse de mange konsekvenser af den aktuelle danske flygtningepolitik. Den viser, at paradigmeskiftet ikke kun påvirker flygtninges liv, men som ringe i vandet får betydning for fagfolk og frivillige, for forholdet mellem borgerne, staten og velfærdssamfundet, for os selv og vores omgang med hinanden. Bogen henvender sig til alle, der interesserer sig for relationerne mellem flygtninge, stat og civilsamfund.
