    Description: Die Rhetorik gegen eine angebliche 'Genderideologie‘ richtet sich gegen zweierlei: Herrschaftskritik an der Geschlechterordnung und Forderungen nach sexueller und geschlechtlicher Selbstbestimmung. Das Heft analysiert die diskursiven und politischen Strategien der gegen 'Gender‘ und den Feminismus gerichteten Mobilisierungen im Kontext des Erstarkens von Rechtspopulismus und Rechtsextremismus und fragt nach emanzipatorischen Gegenstrategien. Es bietet einen Überblick über dieses Phänomen, das in der Forschung teils als Antifeminismus, teils als Anti-'Genderismus‘ bezeichnet wird. Das Heft leistet demnach einen Beitrag zur Schließung von Forschungslücken in einem boomenden interdisziplinären Forschungsfeld.

Against the background of early pedagogical gender debates, this study offers an empirical insight into gender constructions of children, specialists and parents in the everyday life of a day care center. Furthermore, theoretical and empirical gaps in an early pedagogical debate about gender are shown, which arise if this is only conducted in front of the slide of gender justice with the aim of improving equal opportunities.

Vor der Folie von frühpädagogischen Geschlechterdebatten bietet diese Studie einen empirischen Einblick in Geschlechterkonstruktionen von Kindern, Fachkräften und Eltern im Alltag einer Kindertageseinrichtung. Des Weiteren werden theoretische und empirische Leerstellen einer frühpädagogischen Debatte um Geschlecht aufgezeigt, die entstehen, wenn diese lediglich vor der Folie von Geschlechtergerechtigkeit mit dem Ziel der Verbesserung von Chancengleichheit geführt wird.

    Description: Gender and sexual diversity is becoming a topic in everyday school life, but still occupies a precarious position in it - this not only affects LGBTIQ* children and young people, but also educational professionals, as this study shows. Based on a critically deconstructive pedagogy and on qualitative interviews with lesbian, gay, bi- and heterosexual as well as inter*, trans* and cisgender teachers, the study reconstructs social patterns of interpretation about how they deal with and address diverse lifestyles at school and in the classroom. The study makes an innovative contribution to an area of educational science that has hardly been researched so far and thus provides new impulses for a queer professionalisation of (future) teachers.
    Description: Geschlechtliche und sexuelle Vielfalt ist im Schulalltag zunehmend präsent, nimmt darin jedoch nach wie vor eine prekäre Position ein - dies betrifft nicht nur LGBTIQ*-Kinder und -Jugendliche, sondern ebenso pädagogische Fachkräfte. Ausgehend von einer kritisch-dekonstruktiven Pädagogik rekonstruiert die Studie soziale Deutungsmuster über den Umgang mit und Thematisierung von vielfältigen Lebensweisen in der Schule. Dies geschieht auf Basis von qualitativen Interviews mit lesbischen, schwulen, bi- und heterosexuellen sowie inter-, trans*- und cisgeschlechtlichen Lehrkräften. Das Buch leistet damit einen innovativen Beitrag zu einem bislang kaum erforschten Themengebiet der Erziehungswissenschaft und liefert hierdurch neue Impulse für die Professionalisierung von Lehrkräften.

So far, women have not taken advantage of the associated career opportunities to the same extent as men. A gender-sensitive design of degree programmes can make a significant contribution to changing this situation. This publication examines which measures were taken to this end in the new "Business Administration - Digital Economy" course at Beuth University of Applied Sciences. In addition, relevant experiences and good practices from other universities are presented and the possible gain of knowledge on career goals and career requirements from surveys of students and graduates is discussed.

    Description: Engineering sciences in Germany remain a male domain, although for years, efforts have been made to balance gender relations in these areas. The author examines the question of whether and to what extent the asymmetrical gender relationship is rooted in the contents and cultures of engineering sciences themselves. Interviews with engineers are used to identify various key concepts that contribute to the maintenance of binary, heteronormative gender relations in this field.; Die Ingenieurwissenschaften in Deutschland halten sich als Männerdomäne, obwohl es seit Jahren Bemühungen gibt, das Geschlechterverhältnis in diesen Bereichen auszugleichen. Die Autor_in geht der Frage nach, ob und inwiefern das asymmetrische Geschlechterverhältnis in den Inhalten und Kulturen der Ingenieurwissenschaften selbst begründet liegt. Anhand von Interviews mit Ingenieur_innen werden verschiedene Schlüsselkonzepte identifiziert, die zur Aufrechterhaltung des binären, heteronormativen Geschlechterverhältnisses in diesem Feld beitragen.
