Zusammenfassung

Nachweis der Alkylierung doppelfädiger RNS mittels 2-Chloräthylaminen in wässeriger Lösung ohne gleichzeitige Hydrolyse der Phosphatesterbindungen zwischen den Nukleotiden, was in starkem Gegensatz zu früheren, bei einfädigen RNS gewonnenen Ergebnissen steht.
