Radiocarbon dates are calibrated to calendar years before present (cal ka BP) by OxCal 4.1.6 (Bronk Ramsey, 2010) and IntCal09 (Reimer et al., 2009). Accumulation rates are calculated from intervals between the overlying and the actual depth.
