About the author
Alexey Nekrasov received the diploma in radio engineering, the Ph.D. degree and the academic title of Associate Professor from Taganrog State University of Radio Engineering, Taganrog, Russia, in 1991, 1998, and 2000, respectively. He is an Associate Professor and a Senior Scientist at the Southern Federal University, Russia. He has been an expert of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and the Russian Science Foundation, a recipient of 24 international grants and awards, and a reviewer for various IEEE, MDPI, and IET journals.
