Résumé

Nous avons simplifié la méthode de préparation du substrat «collagène» pour la culture de cellules nerveuses dissociées. On obtient une fixation et une différenciation rapide des cellules sur ce substrat. Les cultures conviennent pour des études morphologiques, biochimiques et électrophysiologiques.
